can see why though i have had a look in most newsagents around me when you have mentioned members cars but none of them stock it

i liked the fact that it recognised that there were more jap cars out there than evo`s and scooby`s ;)

Ive never bought the mag,but from what people have said its very rare theyve got there info right in the mag about the car featured or its owner etc.

I liked J- tuner. I could read it and understand what they were on about. As I know nothing about cars anyway. It was a good read.... But I could never find anywhere near me that stocked it :duh:

good job i didn't do yearly sub then. i liked the mag, not too techy, some nice pics and normalish people in it. i'd have thought there would have been a big market for it, all the other car mags regarding tuning i dont really like as they seem rather juvenille (bar the odd 1 or 2).

I liked there attitude that if you advertised it did not mean you would get a automatic feature of a car of yours or article bigging up your business the editor would decide if what you had was worthy of inclusion. Showed a degree of ethics IMHO.

The other 2 use features as a pull to get your advertsing.

However the comments above regarding finding the mag ring true as the "hits" I got linked to J-Tuner advertsing were far less than Banzai/Jap performance

from speaking to steve, the readership was somewhere in the region of 5000 people in total, in comparison to say fast car etc where they are in the hundreds of thousands.

Its such a shame tho, as what everyone else says is just so true. A breath of fresh air, from the funky styling of the mag to the "just enough" technical aspect to the write ups.

will be a shame to see them go....

Must also remember to cancel the direct debit for the subscription too...
