Does anyone have thesde fitted to their is200?? im looking at the ones on the prolex website and seem reasonable.

Does anyone have an opinion on these?

Had an interesting conversation with Tokyo Express on Tanabe springs as he reckons these springs are superior to all the others IHO although his website has Eibachs amongst others. Has anyone got the Tanabe spring set, and has anyone dealt with Tokyo Express? I understand they tend to specialise in Honda but are intending to expand their range to other Jap marques.

i know they arent bedded in yet but is there an initial drop in ride height ?

They lower overall 35mm (Same as the Eibach/TTe's) so yes there's definitely an initial drop.

It's hard for me to do a before/after comparison because I changed my rims to 18"'s at the same time.

But here's pics of how they looked on the day they were fitted:-

Hope that helps.

Eibach's only lower -30mm

Ah - I stand corrected :)

hmmm, cant tell if they look lower than standard..... how long did it take to fit as my local mech charges 25 an hour for labour

Took a couple of hours to fit. Tony did a write up of the process here

looks like my computer was hacked or something but it was used for online casino gaming, getting the money back in dribs n drabs from the bank.

just hope everyone else is taking precautions when ordering online.

Also my springs have been sitting in a warehouse for like 4 days so TDI have slapped some asses and getting them delivered soonest for me.

cheers guys

just had the tein s types fitted, immediate results, looks alot better with the wheels tucked up in the arches, will post pics as soon as the weather clears up.

nearly wasted my money and wrote the car off but fortunately manage to hold the car from going into a field just..... think i have learnt my lesson now and will take back roads a little slower.

That's something I definately intend doing as a low, dark front end will look good in Strath Blue IMO. I've got so many little bits 'n' bobs planned and they keep being shimmied around to accomodate each other lol. Starting to take shape though now (the plans that is).

I think I'll do the heads and maybe the fogs, depending upon how I find the headlights first lol.
