My vote is on the first and the one with the wave breaking over it. Imagine how cool and scary it would be to see that wave coming at you when you were driving on the bridge!

First one is the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge-Tunnel. 36°57'00"N 76°24'20"W

Couldn't find the others, but did come across the following double-spiral bridge at Kawazu, approximately 34°43'25"N 138°56'13"E (no clear aerial view though)

They are all brilliant but i do like the bridge with the wave crashing against it.
