Sorry no pictures as yet, I took delivery on Saturday have to say loving the car and the toys but already I have some concerns

Biggest one being yep you guessed consumption, ive done around 100mile of motorway and only averaged a max of 34.00mpg so the computer tells me but when i watch the meter thing on the trip computer thats sits around 50-60mpg?

I've only used around half a tank so far so its hard to get a true reading on it i knew there had been problems with the fuel economy but I was guaranteed by the dealer to easily expect 40-44mpg

Secondly the cabin is very quiet and refined but the second you step out with the engine running it sounds like a tank anyone else's like this? its enough to wake my neighbor's when i leave for work at 5.00am

This was a used car and I'm due to head back to the dealer in a week or so to have the alloys replaced a scratch buffed out the windscreen to be replaced i just want iron out any potential problems in one go should i ask for this 5th injector to be replaced? anything else I should be looking out for?

But can anyone address the issues I raised on fuel consumption? should i ask for more than the 5th injector to be replaced?

I think most diesels sound like tractors when you step outside the cabin; I'm assuming you are just not use to the extra noise - -hopefully its nothing to worry aboutl

congrats on the new car.

although mines a petrol, its quiet form the inside, also when the fan runs. soon as i open the door with the fan running sounds like a monster. just shows how well the cabin is sound proofed. :)
