I Hate Parcelforce

16th March - Order bits from Takakaira Japan

19th March - Bits sent from Takakaira

24th March - Parcelforce deliver but I'm not in to collect

26th March - Phone parcelforce, tell them I will collect parcel on 24th April (not a problem according to them)

.....

24th April - Go to parcelforce depot

24th April - Wait 20 minutes

24th April - Parcel has been sent back to Japan since I didn't collect it within 21 days

24th April - Parcel has been sent back via surface mail, expected to take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive in Japan

Yes, pretty annoyed, also spent about 20 pounds on taxi getting to / from parcel force - will be sending them the bill.

More like ParcelFarce, I have had nothing but trouble with them, Ended up closing my account with them

nah... i have had them mess me about so many times.

I put a redirection in for my company to be forwarded to my new address... they never redirected. i lost all my mail.

I ordered a service and then cancelled. they did not cancel it and decided to bill be £500.. not instantly.. 9 months later they say I owe them money.

Told them to take me to court.. funny that.. did not hear from them again.

i thought they were going down the pan!

I heard that they are losing about £1,000,000 a day. Is that in addition to all the letters, parcels and packages that seem to go astray?

Still, can't really complain. Since Monday, we've received about 45 cards from friends and family to celebrate the birth of our first baby. Chuffed to bits does not even come close :D :D :D :D

Where to/from? Probably easier to do it yourself if its in the UK!
