Just spoke to the dealer, was told that since the car is more than 3 years old I will have to pay for repair etc. (approx 300).

:iraqi-info-minister:

Spoke to Lexus customer care (01737 363633) and was told that it is a known problem and covered by extended warranty and will therefore be fixed for free, customer care is going to call the dealer and give then a wrist slapping.

:iraqi-info-minister:

Moral of the story - dealer's try to rip you off, speak to Lexus customer care if you have any doubts!

I totally agree with DarK_IS200. Any problem with Dealer, speak to Lexus GB. I had a corrosion on my wheels and the dealers will only change them if I am prepared to pay. Spoke to Lexus GB and got all four wheels changedat the price of a phone call

anyone had error1? Mine starts to spin up to read the disk index and just gives error1. I am using original CDS by the way.

as for error 3, Tis was a tolerancing problem I heard, if you look at various CD's they are different thicknesses, Obviously Fujitsu Ten got the tolerances wrong for the transport, hence jammed CDS and error3

just my 2p
