First Time Lexus Owner

Hey all, im Jamie, im 19 and come from Llanelli, Wales.

I have recently baught my 3'rd car, a 2006 IS220d :)

shes dark blue, with cream leather and is completely standard except for the VIP rope's hanging in the front. and she has a full lexus service history

the bodywork is nice and straight, but ideals needs the front end re-spraying a the stone chips are realy bad.

Good to see another new member from Wales.

The car looks very tidy - the stone chips aren't obvious from the photos, but I know how these things niggle away at you when you know that they are there.

I wish that I had owned a car like that when I was 19, I think I had a Vanguard 2 litre then.

You may need to visit a museum to know what that looked like. ^_^

for a 19 year old you really "balling" in that Lexus :winky: . at 19 I was driving a mid 90's renault Clio with only 60hp.. take care of this Lex and it will take care of you...

Thanks all, the stone chips go straight through to the white primer underneath, and somehow their on the roof and drivers door too lol

Sounds like it got sprayed by a gritter lorry! I've found Lexus paint to be very soft! Mine is also covered in stone chips :(
