Clutch Jugger

hi all

been driving for a week know and noticed the clutch jugger

it only happed 2 times

theres no lights flashing or loss of power

im not sure if its the clutch or any thing

car

03 with 63k on clock

had it Serviced 2 days ago

timing belt, oil filter, oil, air filter, fuel filter change

no spark plugs could it be the spark plugs?

hope you guys can help

at 60k your plugs should have got changed mate!take it back and ask why they didn't as thats part of the service.

as above its the fly wheel mate very expensive unless you can find a bargin on eBay.

or you can just live with it like so many other 200 owners. :lol:

When this subject has come up before, people here have normally said that judder when pulling away basically a characteristic of the car, due to the dual-mass flywheel (e.g. see this thread). Surely replacing the flywheel isn't going to make a lot of difference to it ?

i was one of the people who challenged this 'so called fact'....luckily mine was under warranty....it was replaced 10k ago and the problem has gone..

factory fault = YES.....characteristic = NO

flywheel is the issue......

as mentioned earlier.i was told that the origional flywheel could possibly be welded/skimmed/and rebalanced.i never went any further with it but i still have it in me shed if anyone wants it .would have to collect though cos its bloody heavy.
