I'm seriously glad he won, actually. I don't like the guy, but it's about time the filth in the gutter press got a bloody nose with their stupid salacious stories and fake moral outrage. What the heck has it got to do with any of us when he does in his own time, with his own money, between consenting adults and behind closed doors? And this from a paper which prints pictures of teenagers with their tits hanging out every day...

Really both the Paper and Mosley have "won" if you think about it.

- Mosely has won the case and gets £60K damages which will be an insignificant amount to him but he will look good for winning.

- The paper ran the story, knowing that they will substantially increase their sales; even if they get taken to court as in this case. The paper will have certainly made much more then £60K from the story so they have not really lost out and your could argue it was worth going to court and getting fined £60K for the amount of extra sales they must have acheived.

According to the Beeb, they also have £850,000 in costs to pay as well. That's a lot of sales needed to cover that!
