Had 4 Goodyear eagle F1 fitted to the IS. It was still on original Bridgestones from factory Have to say they've completely transformed the car. Dead quiet, no more road noise associated with tyres and the ride is much improved. Well worth it. Not to mention they stick round the corners like glue as well.

They're deadly quiet compared to the Bridgestones that came off. They used to roar. These barely make a sound and should have been what the IS300h came out of the factory like. The ride is also much better. They soak up the bumps due to the softer sidewalls despite being XL rated

Sitting in my car waiting for my wife when a guy driving a new Nissan pulled up beside me, asked me to wind down the window and he said "that's a beautiful car you've got there". Nice to get a comment like that!

@Herbie lol cancelled my ebay relay purchase as was going to take nearly 3wks to arrive so bought off amazon at over double the price but be here monday morning....to impatience thats me lol

Fitted by Lexus for £12.50 each including VAT. I paid £376 for the tyres from blackcircles

Borrowed this from Lexus Hatfield (lovely people)...for over the weekend whilst my F is having the winter prep/service thing. We need a 7 seater and my other half thinks other 7seaters are too big (xc90) or naff (Prius + and Fords)...So I’ve managed to convince her to try this - please don’t let on basically the same size as the Volvo!

Loving the transformation! Those DRL switchback LEDs you've got are expensive, more than twice the price I paid on eBay when I got them for my RX300. Anyway, if you want the wiring diagram for the switching relays just let me know. Oh, and make sure that you bolt those resistors to a good metal base to act as a heatsink because they do run hot. I used some MX2 thermal paste on the bottom of them so that there's a very good thermal transfer. Alternatively, you could buy a flasher unit specifically for LEDs like this one and do away with those resistors completely.

A couple of years ago I bought an older version than is currently available (it was the db Power 400A 12000mAh) which came with mains and car charger. I haven't had a need to use it to start a car but appears to be well made and gets good reviews. I have used it to power a mobile phone but that's about it. I take it out of the car every 3 to 4 months and check the charge which is always nearly full when I do - I plug it in to top it off and then put it back in the car for another few months.
