Hi Mr Clutch quoted me £329 for the complete clutch kit + VAT + labour and 2 years 20K warranty! Their Clutch specialists all over UK! Thats £220 cheaper than Lexus! Im still looking to get it done cheaper though!

Hi Guys I was wondering if you could help me! Has any one had a clucth put in recently in IS200? Mine is a 99/T with 78K and in 3rd gear recently its slips ocasionally! I rang Lexus Reading and he told me £550 all in and if they fly wheel is gone its an extra £400! I was shocked £950 for a clutch! This aint a Porsche you get me! What sort of price am i looking at for a decent price done privately! Many thanks as the advice I get on here is always good from the lads!

elephant told me £659 for 10 month bonus accelerator! £769 for 12 months!! A Plan insured me £530 for 12 months! Well Happy !

1 years NCB from Elephant (Bonus Accelerator) A Plan quoted me £530 Fully Comp 12 month policy That was £120 Cheaper then Elephant who quoted me £650 again for a 10 month policy! The service was surprisingly good I mean they were actually cracking a few jokes with me! :winky:

I have exactly the same probe! Braking down from about 80 -5o and judder! i will uprate soon once i paid off my tax OCT and Insurance NOV! Prob DBA as they look awesome!

Rrs200 Your right about A plan! My nearest quote was approx £650 this year Im 27 with 3 points (Sp30) and only 1 Yr NCB (10 months bonus accelerator) Cheapest quote i got was £640 A Plan quoted me £530 Fully Comp

What a load of Bollocks! £5 i could get another lex! And the end result didnt look all that! My man Jonny from Reading can get my Lex looking like showrrom Condition for £20 £10 wash And Hoover + glass, plastics, dash etc £10 For a polish

Elephant / Admiral / budget / - I find to be very cheap in past Confused.com Quoteline Direct (underwritten by AXA) - Gave me a quote of £549 and im 27 with 1 Yr NCB A Plan Insurance - Quoted me £530 and they are really good ( 01635521818 Speak to Leo Paritakar ) My renewel is on 7/11/06 and im gonna go with A plan as they were easily £150 cheaper then the rest barring quoteline direct!

Hi bazza why do u want a cd for 00 registered IS 200? when u got a newer edition already! If you have a 03/04 version surely that is newer and more up to date! I have the 99 version disc in my car! and i want to get the latest edition! Fancy a swap lol

Hi ELLZ Thanks for the advice! I have taken alook at them and they look awesome! Where can I get these discs from! I have tried search engines but I cant actually order these for my IS200 as the only site I found that sold them were for IS300! Do you have a site i can go to please? B)

Hi Guys I have done 26K since all 4 discs and pads were changed! However, recently I have noticed that braking down hard from 80MPH - 50MPH on the motorway I get steering wheel judder and I presume my discs are warped? It doesnt happen at at lower speeds and the discs are only 16 months old! What would be good replacements im thinking of Cross Drilled and Groved discs and I have seen Tar Ox, Black Diamond, G Force, Red Dot etc ?? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Throttle needs cleaning! Mine did the same when i would hammer the lex on open roads! Got it cleaned out by Lexus Reading free and now it s fine!

its a buyers market mate these days! You would get about £6 for it! But people will try to nab it off you for about 4-5 K though! But I must admit is looks sweet condition!
