it's helped me paint me buy a good IS 200 in february and I found out what to look out for and wich model was best for me. helped me paint my hubs and calipers with its how to guide. and most important of all, stoped me being realy realy bored at work for the last year! many thanks Im just waiting now for it to help me get an Ipod conector for the factory stereo. :) many thanks everyone Craig

black is cool but matt I asume would look like a cheap job if not done right. there was a post about (sadly) a guy having a granny crash into him and he hadpics and his alloys were realy dark crome/silver try and find them. Craig

IMO go genuine, the exsisting belt does 100k easy so they have to be good quality and the most your gonna save by going non gen is £10 ish? I replaced the tensioner on mine at the same time as its no more work for you or the garage and it was about £35 from Chris.S. I had one go on my old car and It ended up bending the valves and causing £600 worth of damage, it was 17 years old at the time so it had a good run but only had done 85k. I do feel that the Lex is obviously better quality but DO YOU think you want change it or not. this just advice as I am no mecanic. Craig

well I've edited them so thank you. I thought I should have had a side shot but I forgot. The wheels (wich you can't make out that well on the crud pics) are painted but have the face that is normaly diamond cut sprayed in 'sparkle silver' basicly metalic silver wich catch the light like diamond cut but not quite as much. and the inners are sprayed a darker silver so they look similar to the origonal but they wont have the laquer peel in about 1 year as my last starion set were done by the same company and lasted well over 2 years and they still looked good. actualy I found some better Pics these are the starion one's (after 2 years) same principal here is a close up, I wish I had more of a contrast but I still like them better than just plain silver

black sounds good, i'm hoping that the gold will tarnish and go darker because I dont want them too obvious and spoil the look of my car (as I'm not really modding it to be sporty or non standard) here's some pics I just raelised that I need some pics of the whole side so you could see them better. Im sure it does work and I'd love to try it but I just couldn't bare seing any car that dirty. Mate of mine does mortgage's and notice his client lived on same street asked if he knew me and he said no, I dont know anyone's name, my mate goes he's got a Lexus and the man said oh yeah he's the one obssed with cleaning his car! I did know there was 3 books and that they left loads out as a friend has read them and kept telling me what was missing! I Know they did a good job of keeping true to the book but I just feel It was a bit long and the momentum could have been picked up anyhow im will stop moaning, 24 was good last year but I hope this year is better though. TDI are good, had a few dealings with them for Starion parts and others on the Starion owners club couldn't recomend them enough. Craig

Don't start on the cream interior thing! :winky: I love mine and was one of my requirements but everyone is different, that's what makes life interesting. ps very tactfully put codlord, you really wanted to put, cream interior is didn't you. LOL Have a word with Kaz about the side skirts, he's got a great contact for them, personaly the rear spoiler is a bit of a waste as it only adds a few mill to the bumper and to me seams like alot of money for what you get but the rest of the kit looks great like codlords tte bumper but they do do a splitter add on, seen them on a couple, there's just to small parts that go either side of the standard bumper and they look similar to the TTE bumper if you put a sports grill in aswell.
