smash and grab! snash the smallest window you can and hey presto!! Did that yesterday to my friends beemer! No AA, no-one around! He couldnt smash his own window! So i had to setup and do it for him! Im in sales and I try to be as honest as possible, infact it has cost me a few good sales in the past, Im disgusted by how you was treated, I'd recomend getting the salesmans name and writing to Lexus GB about him or them and about your reliability Issues, they may not be able to compensate because it's not from one of thier dealers but they should know that a member of staff is lying or really really really stupid! I feel so sorry for you, I brought mine in feb off e-bay ( someone has to do it) I checked the main things and took it for a drive, luckily 2 of my friends have got them so they advised me on things to look out for. I paid nothing compared to what I feel the car is worth, It has been no hassel and problem free. yes the New IS is not fully sorted yet but after 7 years the old IS has stood the test of time and most people have got a good reliable car. sorry that you havn't. I do hope that you get all your problems fixed.

I agree that the Auidi's have better quality inside the car as in metarials and fit but look at a 7 year old A4 or A3 there no where near as nice looking as the old shape IS and it's the same story with the new IS, it looks stunning compared to the german rivals. Oh and what spec is on an Audi and BMW? I heard that the ENGINE is now an OPTIONAL EXTRA!? like everything else on the german cars, , I wonder how much there gona charge you for that? dad brought a second hand merc 2 years old, brand new it was 40K! same spec now is still same price, electric seats, err NO! heated seats, ummm NO!? Sat Nav, ohhh NO!? reversing camera, ........ nahh!? ect ect ect, list goes on and on like a duracell bunny! To sum up if you want a good quality dash (not that it's the most impotant part of a car) buy an audi!? if you want the best drive get a BMW (general concensus, not my idea) if you have taste, like value for money, your not a lemming and love gadgets GET A LEXUS. IMHO

410 is the best ive got so far 390 ias been my average but since the cold snap has come ive only been doing 350 to a tank but then the heated sets have been on heating on full and high speed and left to run a few mins to de-ice when its v cold. something has been said about the O2sensors, i think it was on GS but even though they may not show as faulty but if you replace them for new ones it can improve your MPG and running. do a search for it.

I love the colour :winky: It looks really shiny and new and the wheels look good too, better when you've lowerd it. I love the TTE bumper but I have never got that extra lip under bonnet. Ive altered it in my picture, I think it looks better, what do you think?

do you not have the MM system then? the parott will not be a plug and play as its a euro connector, most jap cars have different fittings for each model. I would sugest getting a profetional to di it be cause he would have to cut the wires and fit them in.

No there doesnt seem to be anything in the new testiment, I asume its based on the example of O'nan where he was put to death for wasting his semen on the ground, it was because he did not want to follow the law of providing a son for his brother who had died to carry on his brothers line (there is a little more to it) (if you want to look it up yourself to get the full story read Genesis 38 vs 6-10). as i said, doesnt take 5 mins to explain. the law that Jesus brought in as I said before REPLACED SOME of the old laws. there is no direct law anywhere sayinng to use contraception, the word is not even in the bible. Although the bible condems sexual imorality it does not say that s*x is only alowed for procreation, infact it says to 'enjoy the wife of your youth' and be 'intoxicated with her all day long'. In most cases (not all) if they abstain from s*x untill marage then they wouldn't have AIDS and if everyone had abstained now and in the past there would be practicaly no cases of AIDS aswell as all the other deseases so if people followed ALL the rules that were set out and not just the one then the rules wouldn't be outdated would they?
