Thanks Guys :) Altho now having the wiring diagrams, Im still not much the wiser as to how im going to make it come out of the cars speakers. On the diagrams it shows a telephone module, is this something extra that would have been fitted if a car phone was included at the factory? If not is there a line in somewhere on the amp?

ah too late i already have it :( but i wanted to connect it to one of the front speakers but i do have an old nokia speaker i could use if i must just need a diagram now :( thanks anyway

Depends on "what's out" but usually about 10 - 20 gig a week. A HI DEF movie in highest quality is around 10- 15 gig so if i get a couple of them too it shoots right up :) download speeds are around 1600 to 1800k usually. Im guessing if you can only get upto 2 meg then either your exchange hasnt been upgraded yet or you live too far away from it. click this http://www.samknows.com/broadband/phoneno.php to find out about your exchange and what you can get. Avoid bulldog they have sold out and are now in the process of selling their customers onto other ISP's so i doubt you could join up with them anyway.

I'm wanting to install a Parrot CK3100 into my GS300 mk2 with CD satnav 1999. does anyone have a wiring diagram? I tried doing a search but some of the older posts seem to be corrupted, DOH!! I assume the best place to mount the control box is behind the glovebox where the amp is? has anyone fitted one into a GS300 ? provide any hints or tips? Many Thanks Brett

While I was working for PC world as a temp mobile tech (dont laugh) I came across this problem about 3 times, the ahem "official fix" was to do a system restore back to factory settings using the recovery CD, Now Im not sure what caused this error, maybe some software or even spyware, but restoring the PC did fix the problem. But you will loose everything you have put on the PC since you got it. so back up everything you want to keep. im pretty sure that both the CD drives had yellow exclamation marks next to them when looking in device manager. maybe its caused by a windows update. so you could try rolling back your PC to an earlier time first before doing the full factory restore.

haha not those kind of choppers !!! anyway the hydro foam turned up today, its very big !! but the top part of the boat had come unstuck, and worst of all there was no charger for the li poly battery so i cant use it!! the seller has arranged to send me out another hydro foam which is hopefully complete. so no flying this weekend for me :( DOH!!

I'll let you all know how hard/easy it is to fly, Ive had a few choppers, Im sure its not as hard as those to fly !!!

I fitted Eibach springs to mine to replace some tein coil overs, deffo not as good as the coil overs but better than the standard springs. I fit them myself. getting the original lexus dampers off the car I had alot of problems getting enough clearence to remove the struts and almost as much problem fitting them back in, using spring compressors is easy but it takes alot of time and could be dangerous if they slip off so take care. if i was to do it again I'd pay someone else to do it... but the end result is worth it :)

Had Flex with EDFC on my IS, had them on for maybe 6 or so months they were fantastic, I was gutted to take them off but the amount of speed bumps round here meant i had to have the car quite high, and i ended up with lowered springs, the handling was so much better with the car lower. wiring them up is easy just make sure to get a good power connection that can handle the load of powering the motors. once set up you can have a ride softer than stock or so much more stiffer for those on rails cornering moments. I did have some pretty bad knocking with them though which was quite concerning and when I first set them up LOW I had massive tyre wear which even a good geo couldnt 100% fix. but they are easy to change the height and I think your gonna love em. :)

I had it in my IS, with the GS having Satnav there was nowhere to put the Screen :( Chunky Monkey on this forum has a carputer in his GS and it looks fantastic, very neat and looks like it was always meant to be there.

The Viewing angle also works best at eye level. if its too low or too high then the viewing angles from the side will be alot narrower. to me the problem does sound like its the viewing angle. can you try the same TV in a shop and check for its viewing angle?

Id love to get 20 mpg from mine, my best is about 15 mpg at the moment all stop start with hills :(
