  1. I have Team Dynamics Mesh III, not 100% sure on the width but i've got 225 width tyres on and they seem the right size tyre for the wheel, offset is 35 tho so they sit a few mm further out than is ideal, causes me no problems but they would rub if lowered unless I put 215s on with a bit of stretch (Ormi has same size/offset wheels with stretch 215s, and lowered)
  2. theres this one, not the same I know, and the pics don't do it much justice, they look much better when they are fitted and painted, only thing is its a fibreglass one so might need trimmin to fit, but i'd check with the seller anyway Clicky
  3. i'm going but i'm not with any clubs that are yet
  4. they do pop up from time to time on ebay, I got all my kit off ebay, all new and genuine for under £300
  5. unpainted you are looking at about £650 new, someone else may be more specific, but its about £130-£150 each for front and rear and £370ish for the pair of sides

  7. theres one on ebay right now : Click Me :)
  8. I thought Aero referred to the other type?
  9. local lexus dealers, the rear lens isn't as expensive from the dealer as you might think...
  10. its t'other way round, the higher the offset the closer to the calipers
  11. i've only ever had genuine ones in mine, they do pop up from time to time on the bay
  12. I don't know for certain but I would think you can use your existing wheel nuts as those wheels are an option from Lexus anyway

Hi, thanks for the reply, the ones i'm after are the the top left or top middle which are grand prix, the bottom middle and bottom right are chicanes, not really to my taste but thanks for the offer anyway
  14. Lexus dealerships are all franchises anyway, so altho Lexus want their dealers to sell their cars the Lexus way (the way I imagine you have been used to in the past) its still human beings on the sales floor and whatever product you are buying off whatever company these days is irrelevent, there will always be an idiot sales advisor in every company the salesman will have given you the response he did as he has let you down various times already he knows he has lost your custom already, most will just accept if they've screwed up and still be polite, and a few will give you a response like you got, knowing that theres little chance of you putting a complaint in on the grounds that you have been messed about enough that you would rather walk away than give them anymore of your time had I been the customer I would go in and complain in person to his boss, and even let Lexus HQ know of the experience you have had in one of their branches
  15. the kit on this car is what we know as TRD, Spoiler isn't part of the kit, that was another extra I believe and This one is the aero pack, which is tte full front bumper, tte rear skirt, and tte boot lip spoiler so whoever told you they were all the same sounds to me what they actually were saying was "please stop asking questions and place an order so we can have some of your money" however either kit looks good on the car, even if its a mix tte front and rear and trd side skirts
  16. ..... however I believe the tte bumper was also familiarly known as Aero as it was part of the Aero pack, which unless i'm mistaken is front bumper, rear lip (both tte?) and aero alloys, and tte lip spoiler?? and it may be a little known fact but the front Corner Spats I have are also labelled on the box as Aero parts..
  17. wheels could be replicas with correct lexus fitment, otherwise you could be right, I personally wouldn't like wheels with the centre bore drilled out or even the centre skimmed to alter the offset, as theres only so far you can go before you compromise the strength, i'm no expert tho, just cautious
  18. yes, assuming you've already checked the stud pattern is ok, offset is fine at 41
  19. I've had the car just over 12 months now and it had 12 months MOT on from time of purchase, albeit with the wrong reg number from the garage which I had altered no problem I was worried it would fail as due to the age and mileage of the car, I thought maybe ball joints would have a little excess play, since my IS200 failed on the same when it had similar mileage, also since I had a minor bump in OCT, the seals in the headlamps gradually deteriorated and after the bad winter condensation started to form in the drivers side lens, since finding out that if the moisture doesn't affect the beam pattern then it may not fail the test, I set about drying it out, by this time (last week) the passenger side one might as well have had a bucket of water funneled in over night as the sidelight bulb and headlight stopped working, so I whipped that off aswell, and had a look at the video on Youtube about opening up the lamps and sealing them up again (halo/angel eye install vid) Oven packed up, so I couldn't even heat them at home :( I went to my brothers house and heated one up, I did the drivers side although I should have done the passenger one first as it was far worse, but i've never been much of a thinker... Heated the oven to 120 c and stuck it in for 20 mins, by then the cheese was golden brown and bubbling slightly, so I took out my food and stuck the headlight in, for a further 20 mins, and took it out, and started to pull away at the lens, I didn't have any gloves so found it hard to keep hold of the thing whilst it was hot but the lens started to come away and I set about carefully, the parts where it clips in, with a screwdriver, but the last 2 clips wouldn't budge so I got as much fluid out as possible and squeezed the unit back together, and used silicone seal around the edge as best I could, I didn't even attempt the second lamp as i'd lost patience, so I attached some absorbant material to a cooking skewer and stuck it in through one of the bulb holes and mopped out as much fluid as I could, and went around the edge with silicone again just for good measure, I knew this wouldn't be a great success so my aim was just to get them as dry as possible for the MOT, which I did MOT Failed, on what??....... i'd forgotten to put the bl00dy sidelight bulbs back in :( other than that, no advisories whatsoever, i'm a happy little idiot to say the least
  20. standard NA is 153 and charger should take it to 205 ish
  21. very useful, i've broken the 2 black clips that are mentioned just after the main post cos I didn't know about them, lol
