    Be carefull as the M3 engines can be a bit fragile...i know on the last series of M3`s the engine`s had to have an upgrade of sorts...best check with bmw owners club...

    Must admit they look really nice and £579 for the IS 200/300 thats adamn good price aswell....as Rolex says if we could get enough interest maybe get the price down a bit through a group buy..? id defo be up for it as i want new dampers and want to lower the car a smidge... :D

    Ok thanx`s Tonygoose....seen some KYB shocks ....from camskill performance...£63 each for the front & back...about half the price of bilstein`s per shock.....anyone know how good the KYB ones are OR have ever used them... Thanx..

    Ive already got the slide pins ,dust covers/boots,lithmoly grease etc of MR Wozza.... :D i guess its easy to do then..? :winky:

    Wow last post 6th October.....well im going to go down the route of getting new shocks....everything is ok so can only go on the inner oil valve problem.....now problem is do i.... 1.Get a new pair of OEM shocks....prob not... ;) 2.Get new after market shocks....prob BILSTEIN....at same time get some EIBACH lowering springs fitted... :D 3. OR get some TEIN super street coilovers.......But never going to use my car for track use...just road.... :) Either way ive still got the knocking noise...getting right on my :tsktsk: ......

    Vibration could also be your hub mounting flange...as these get really hot upon brakeing if its slightly warped the extra heat could make it vibrate more..hence when your brakeing or general driving at certain speed.......just a thought.. ;)

    Ive got lightscribe on my external burner...dont ever use it though ..i found it easier using sticky labels for DVD/CD disc`s and use MEDIAFACE for printing them of..

    Same here..05 plate IS200 ...1st to 2nd gear a bit notchy when cold alot better when warm...i found aswell when its cold before driving of just to depress the clutch and go through all the gears once or twice 1st to 2nd to 3rd etc then back again...IMO seems to help on cold mornings... :)

    Hi ive just got a IPOD for xmas and want a grom audio unit so i can connect it to my car its for an.... IS200 sport "05" plate.... 4th Generation IPOD NANO ( 8GB ) could someone point me in the right direction as to which one i need ....and also all those who have one ...did you get it straight from the GROM AUDIO website...?     Ive got some new slide pins in the shed somewhere and some Lith-moly grease and copper slip that Wozza kindly gave me for my IS200.....and i know the last time i went to WIM for a few bits to be done that the slide pins where sticking a bit....maybe i should change them...? as this was a big problem on the IS200.? Is this easy to do...?

    I surpose thats the thing is im looking for a tyre thats good in the rain seeing as we get 70% rain in this country MOST tyres are good in the wet some are superb....well considering the price of them i think they seem to be well worth the money so far by the feed back im getting from fellow LOC er`s.... :D All feed back is appreciated....

    I guess that would that be a recal on the IS250 only Tango.....how would you tell the slide pins are sticking.or problem with the calliper? did the brake`s perform better then after.they where replaced...?
