    Hey Rup hows it going.? :) just been reading the thread again from start to finish......been an absolute great read...been really good seeing the beast go through all the stages of development... :D must admit that looking at the pics of the "19" `s and "18" `s id personally go for the smoked "18" styling kit alloys.... so what are your other plans to do to the beast..? also would be really good to see the beast again...... Keep up the good work matey.!! and as long as it puts a smile on your face every time you drive her then thats all that matters... :D

    Congrats on your new purchase mate......so whats the difference between the SR and the SE IS250.? the autobox would be my choice if i got the IS250... :winky:

    If it is your front calliper`s sticking then get some new slide pins and some lith-moly grease or copper slip and replace them...doesnt cost much and you can do it yourself mate......i think there is a walk through in the knowledge section....

    I think the IS200 brakes are very good they are quite progresive ( which i like ) not like some other cars ive driven...VW Nissan etc as soon as you go near the brakes they bite very hard and to me that is a pain in the backside especially in stop start traffic....and seems like you are going to activate the ABS as soon as you brake..

    Get them from ALLPARTS matey front is about £60 ( £130 ish at lexus ) Rear is about £70-£80 ( from lexus about £150 ish )..

    Yes mate you do have a low fuel warning light it comes on when the needle reaches the last little mark before the bottom line...

    Ahhh man really gutted for you. brings back memorys of when i wrote my old lexus is200 off....again had a fight with a lampost in the snow n ice.. may put pics up 2 show you now this will make yours seem mild compared to mine...but none the less still really bad as its your pride and joy..

    you may not be able to get them out... should always use masking tape around the headunit and dash parts...

    Ive got bigger alloys 225/40/"18" and have Dunlop sport maxx ( japan ) on the rear and they are superb in the wet and dry and also very quiet ....and have the benefit of having the rim protector`s on them.....will also get them on the fronts when they wear out..

    have a look where the rear view mirror is if you can they tend to have a few bits up near there and the usual flashing lights hidden in the front grill....in watford they have a skoda octavia ( silver ) and a volvo ...
