Is200 Sluggish, But Only Sometimes

Mine is always really sluggish when she's cold. Feels like something is holding the power back, but as soon as she's warmed up dshe drives fine I just make sure i run the engine for a min or 2 before i go out. Will be changing the plugs, filter, oil...etc and then reseting the ECU this weekend so i'll see if it makes a diffrerence. -
The ELF is an abreviation of Evil-Little-Fcuker a nickname i picked up when i was about 8. I threw the Evo on the front when elf wasn't available.

I do refrain from using the horn in my IS afor the same reasons. It just doesn't seem to have that manly HONK to it that my old zimmer did

Missus got me the 360+games. Aftershave, dvd and the ususal from the rest of the family... Got the missus a Wii, night out to the comedy store and other bits.

I've had my IS200SE auto since August. I was pre-warned that she gets a bit thirsty when drivin in traffic, but when on the motorway it justs coasts along. I took a trip to the granparents last weekend and managed to average 35-40mpg dependant on traffic speed. All i can say is i'd rather have a very reliable/slightly juicy IS200 than the market equivalent & i'm glad i got my Lexi :D

I get this but only on a cold start, at around 0-5*C. She'll start but then idle will be at around 500. I have noticed that when i rev the engine the headlights come to life and then dim again when the rev's die out. When warm she idles at around 750+ headlights are fine.

Sounds like the VW advert that was shown in the summer..."when was the last time you went for a drive". Me and the missus go for quite a few drives. Just jump in the car fill the tank up and hit some good roads.

Dont think i'm some sort of wierdo when i say the pain is something i kinda enjoyed. the pain was more knowing there is a needle going in and out of ma skin not really a physical pain - Mind over matter. They couldn't believe it was my first tat. The guy had me worried for a moment when he said he was gonna use what he called "the shovel" but it was all good.

I wanted some ink for about 5 years. Spoke to alot of friends and took alot of advice and I got my first one the beginning of this year and have plans for a few more lol... I've been looking at getting some sleeves recently but i'm wanna wait a few years yet. Taken a day after getting it My next one hopefully for xmas The missus is worried i'm gonna end up like Scofield from prison break lol
