I'm certain this is it - esp for Car to be publishing in the way they have - just surprised if they have launched the mag ahead of the official release date for the pics. Can't be much harm is publishing them on LOC as they are now in public domain - but waiting for official OK from someone before I do ... -

Had the same dilema last year - radical surgury on leg / hip - in the end I looked it up on DVLA WWW Site - there is a list of notifiable medical items given. My Surgeon also said no driving for 2 months though Insurance Co. (Direct Line) we more relaxed about it. Nothing was in writing so I drove after 6 weeks with no problems.

I would persue his company - do they even know that it happened - are you a regular / big customer ? One point though - if it was on company property then his insurance may not cover you - seem to recall we had a similar thing at our place and in the end the supplier paid up out of goodwill.
