  1. Horrific I agree - and to think there are still the odd groups around the world who still support it - I just hope future generations get to see the footage in years to come to recall just how bad it must have been. Chatting at tea break this morning and it turns out that the father of a mate was in a camp for 3 years ... Shocking.
  2. Like the thinking - now who has a dark IS ?
  3. This is getting stupid - guess if they never find the cars / catch them at it then the problem is just going to get worse Once again glad to hear no-one was harmed (ScarFace was lucky it seems considering how he clung on). Is there any way of publishing the recent losses to other forums - along with VIN details - there must be a simple way of getting countrywide coverage quickly to try and prevent them profiting ...
  4. Just not 7th or 8th Feb if possible (please ...).
  5. Just caught up with this post - can't add much except to say I am gutted for you and glad you are physically OK. Guess we all need to keep our eyes peeled and also look out for any parts being offered cheap ... It really is getting bad out there these days - and the lack of volunteer witnesses is also a sign of the times
  6. Good for me - when are you thinking of - got some holidays coming up ...
  7. I feel a FOC / LOC meet coming up - keep us posted - that is one meet I will not miss ...
  8. Footprints from some pretty confused ramblers ...
  9. Mudz - Check out some of the web sites - there are some that exist where you can get help fighting tickets - as always I can't remember the name right now ... Also worth contacting local paper / Autoexpress etc - esp as you were delivering to a charity shop etc.
  10. Nice one Pete - bet it won't take long to get back to your usual standard ... :D
  11. Anyone got any pics of the IS yet ?
  12. That is superb - only problem is the price ...
  13. £525 now - I paid £495 'cos the local dealer messed up by quoting me the old price - though to their credit they did hold it in the end.
  14. Someone did the same to my rear bumper - must be a theme going on here - tried our site CCTV but nothing showed - only placed I'd parked since polishing it so knew it was done there - really p!sses me off - still got to get it fixed - let us know how you get on ...
  15. Really like it - probably can't afford one yet though ! Anyone know the price range ? Wonder how much the new IS will follow the lines ?
  16. Craig - just remember we want to see the photos when you: Fit eye-brows Fit air dam splitters Modify the grill Fit new head lamp bulbs Spray the engine bay Refurb the alloys (inc bust bath shots) Will miss the barge (!) - you must stay in touch though - meets not be the same without you.
  17. Extended warranty is very good - not found anything that is not covered yet - costs a lot but good cover.
  18. Never have - never will - hate it - non-smoking pubs in Ireland are great (once you get through the smog from the smokers stood just outside the doorway ! :P Wonder if they will have the balls to introduce it over here ?
  19. Take that to be: "NO ******* WAY AM I NOT DOING THAT AGAIN - ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH A WORTHY CAUSE" Oh OK then - £50 - this time I'll wait to see the actual jump :D
  20. Top man - well done. Still gives me the ebbiieees now just thinking about it - and I had to leave before you actually ditched !!
  21. Hey - stay tuned whatever you are driving. What are you going to be driving ?
  22. Focus - no doubt about it - old mans got a 1.6 3dr LX and it's good fun to drive ... Heard Mondeos are not so reliable - esp post 2000 - can't recall where I read it though. Also Focus's will be getting much cheaper in next month or so now the new one is out ...
