hi,I agree seems a lot of people are,sadly they dont seem to do any homework (check out prices before bidding) and seem to get carried away,only a few weeks ago some1 bought some lexus is 200 mud flaps off ebay for just over £50 when you can buy them brand new for £55,I know which i would go for.Not everything is cheaper on ebay especially as we have members on here who can help.

hi guess what find out how much a standard one costs then and take it from there,they are not cheap cars to run or own,but seem quite a few people think they are,good luck in your search.

Hi you could try longlife exhausts(www.longlifeexhausts) who will build you a custom one while you wait,it costs about £350 and takes about 3 and half hours,had them build one for my mazda xedos 6 a few years ago,and will be having them build one for my lexus is 200 sport when my current exhaust goes.

hi,yes you are looking at the right section and yes there are 2 blues - 8n8 which is the colour of mine too and 8m6 which is the other blue.hope this helps? hi have you tried changing the pollen filter behind the glove compartment,bet this solves the awful pong problem.

I have the bridgestone re050a too and tbh I'm not that impressed with them, it's not that they're bad just that for the money they are not that good. I've had better performance from cheaper tyres. I find them no better than Yokohama s306 that I used to have and they were 40 quid cheaper per corner! Once these are done I'm planning to go for Falkens. hi,presently got falkens on my rear,although tbh not sure what to make of them,wouldn't go for toyos though.The problem is finding a happy medium.The softer the tyre compound the more grip you get but the quicker the rate of wear and thats why the toyos have excellent grip but only last a few thousand miles,had them on my mazda xedos 6 years ago and they wore down pretty quickly.

Hi glad you are happy with your new brakes disc and pads.On a more serious note did you have them changed purely for comestic reasons or because you wanted better braking?Would you consider it good value for money as ebc seem to have red stuff,yellow stuff and green stuff and some cost as much as 3 times your standard discs and pads?I was thinking of going down the same route myself.However it seems that unless you have a track car or one with a hugely modified engine then you dont really see the benefits of the up graded brakes as the standard ones are adequate enough.Whats your take?

hi you could try ebay,lexus or cheaptoyotaparts,probably cost you a tenner or a little over.

hi there and welcome,have you got the old disc?you will need it to input the disc number into the lexus map update web site,alternatively you could try the cheaptoyotaparts web site if you dont have a disc who maybe able to help if you give them your vin number.

hi,sorry about your accident,shame you wont be fixing it though,i think your best bet would be ebay,either as damaged repairable or sell it as spares.

Hi at that price i would think its only the cambelt as it seems too chaep to include a full service too,would also have water pump changed as new belt and tensioners would put added strain on an old water pump.Changed my water pump and cambelt in one go.hope this helps?

Hi,when you say it doesnt power up what do you mean?is it that you get no display?could be the player located in the boot,moreover as it is a jap import it is unlikely to work as it would probably have a japanese disc in it,hope this helps.

Hi,out of curiousity did the sat nav work before you bought the new disc by any chance? The problem could possibly be with the screen or with the player in the boot or even the disc(s).

Hi,just a thought,just because your car(according to the log book)was registered in say feb 2003 doesnt mean it was made actually made in 2003,considering it would have been made in Japan and then shipped over here,so it would probably have been made in late 2002 and this could explain why it is not affected.

If you're worried you can enter your VIN number HERE and it will tell you if your vehicle is affected. hi,just put my vin number in,glad to know mines not affected either.

hello, it worked for me,could be you might have the wrong transponder/transmitter as another member had a similar problem-he had wrongly bought one for a LS400 which when he programmed would lock and unlock the car but wouldnt start it.Eventually he got one for the IS 200 and it worked 1st time.Hope this helps.
