    Hello,be careful what you get,the only option you probably have is to be on the look out for a sony sat nav fitted into a IS housing as it is near impossible to fit a non- sat sav car with an OEM sat nav,as you would need the screen/housing,wiring loom and player in the boot etc(just not worth the bother).

    hello,what do you really mean?does your IS have a sat nav?if it doesnt then your best bet is to go for a sat nav that has been fitted into an IS sat nav housing.

    Hi I am not sure or aware that they do have a built in air freshener,however they do have a pollen filter(i think thats what it is called)behind the glove box that needs changing every so often.

    Hi,sorry about your snapped cambelt.I am amazed that things such as cambelt change when due(6years - 60,000 miles) - are not taken seriously enough and when they do snap then cost a lot more to fix that would have otherwise been the case.If you buy a car and dont know if its been done,then have changed asap.Better safe than sorry.

    Hi sorry but dont think much of Falkens had the 452 on the rear of my IS,have since changed them for goodyear f1s asy which are definitely alot better than the falkens.

    Hi I wouldn't say its a dealers job,a good audio shop should be able to look at it and tell you whats wrong.The only problem I have ever had was an error 3 message on my 1st Is 200 which was mainly caused by the system not liking certain copied discs.

    Hello,silly question but have you tried the lock window button on your master window control - that is the drivers switch? On it is a switch that locks all your other windows apart from the drivers.Hope this helps?

    Hi,only just come across this post,I have lived in Northampton for the last 16 years and have had my cars serviced by an independent garage called Heeley Alden Ltd (I currently have an Is 200 sports my 2nd one) never had cause to complain although not cheap - 01604 632640.     Hi,I have only used supermarket fuel(tesco in the last 10 years)as it is the nearest to me in my last 3 cars - a mazda xedos 6 and two is 200 sports(admittedly)have always used 99 grade and never had a problem,neither has my wife with the 95 grade in her ford,renault or galaxy.Probably more of a coindence than bad fuel.

    Hi yes mine does,also had it on my Xedos 6,locks after 30 seconds if none of the doors are opened when you unlock the car.

    Wouldnt say your being fussy, go with your instinct, the 2 you have seen i wouldnt have bought either. Mine needed cam belt doing, but engine is as quiet as a mouse. Cam belt can be used as a bargaining point on price, i did mine following guide on here, never done one in my life before. Be patient one wil come up and you will know its right. Hi on the issue of cambelt its 6 years 60,000 or if you like 100,000 mls as others sugguest ,the crucial fact to remember is - WHICHEVER COMES FIRST

    Hi,silly question have you tried both switches?that is the master and the rear passenger side switch?if both dont work,it could be the motor.

    Hi, I would tend to agree that its the condenser,had a Xedos 6 years ago,had air con regassed couple weeks later was blowing warm turned out it was condenser,had it changed and gassed again and was fine thereafter,hope this helps.

    hi,whys that then?bulbs can and do fail at anytime just like your house bulbs do,moreover some do fit the cheapest bulbs they can find so no surprise really.

    Hi are you after just the empty key fob and not the transponder?You have get the empty key fob with blade which will need cutting off "fleabay" cheap enough. wanting transponder as well mate. Hi send ACLex a PM as he maybe able to help you,worth a try - he is a LOC approved dealer

    hi,does yours have a sat nav and a boot player?if yes chances are it will as long as its the same generation sat nav as yours - the earlier ones were cd rom while the later ones are DVD.
