I notice on my 400h that when I press the brake pedal it always gives a click sound but that's normal for the re-generitive breaking

Hello there I've had my 400h for 2 and a half years now and I've never had trouble with the battery even after the I use my autochair hoist in the back to get my mobility scooter in and out but even so I've never had a problem with the battery. Just thought I'd say

Hello.
Sorry to hear about your trouble.
Personally I have always been to Lexus Birmingham and have always been very happy with them and their services.
Keep well
hello I'm thinking of installing an autochair hoist in the back of my 400h. is there anything I should be aware of before I go ahead?.
the company says they have installed hoists in a number of 400 H and 450 h in the past
Hello the floorspace is gargantuan actually. I cannot believe how much room is in the car considering its length. I have room to put every item I ever need in the back seat while the enormous back cargo area holds my disability scooter in its 5 separate components parts. and the back passengers aways commenting on how much space they have. all in all it is excellent and like going everywhere in first class.
hello and welcome back into the lexus family.
I have a 400h myself and it's like going everywhere in first class to be honest.
The ride is very comfy and i can sit behind the wheel for hours without getting an aching back or anything like that.
The only thing i miss or would like from the 450 d daytime running lights and the smart entrance and exit but i guess you can't have everything. Get one from a dealer..

Hi, surprised to hear about your treatment at the Bristol dealer. I've always dealt with Lexus Birmingham and never had anything but courtesy. When I go to test a car they just give me the keys and tell me to enjoy myself.
hello, no idea if it's serious or not but i wouldn't touch anything that threw up fault codes when you took it for a test run. go to a main dealer. You may pay more but you know you're getting a quality car that's been looked after.
hello and congratulations on your purchase. To be honest i would look into the essential range of servicing options at the dealers as because of the age of your car it is not worth having a normal full service and the essential major and minor services are specific for cars older than 5 years so i would look into that. I had a minor essential service last year and this year a major essential service. This year mine came in at £349 which is quite reasonable i think and i had a courtesy car as well.
