It's next to golf club. Turn right out of golf club, take first drive way on right (about 400 yards) go down drive to end of tarmac (about 400 yards) turn left over cattle grid and you're there!

Good advice. Family trusts can be great. Employee Benefit Trusts though are now less good (almost defunct) following recent tax changes. Be wary about off-shore without taking very careful advice (and preferably get a second opinion) rules have and are changing particularly as regards residency and domicile.

You may want to try JM Russell the firm that he works for has an excellent reputation in the local area for sound and quality advice. Even property abroad is not a safe option anymore as that loop hole is closing as is the possibility of tax ing earnings abroad. I'm in a similar boat at the mo, i'm taking advice and the info we seem to be recieving is that non of it is tried and tested so they don't really know - this is really annoying for my folks as well, the law seems to change each year!!! Some basic advice :- Get the tax advice from an Accountant Get the will drawn up by a lawyer - if you don't know one the accountant will DON'T USE BANKS The house you live in is one of the hardest of things to give away. One of the best dodges is when you move house - you give away the cash to your intended and they then buy your new house and let you live in it - a degree of trust is necessary. Normal handicaps - if you don't have a formal handicap we'll trust you to tell us where you should be. My golfs about as good as my Karting so I play off 28. Cost will be about £30 per person including food - either at the club house or adjourn next door to my house. My locla dealer was talking to me about 3 months ago about it. He said the bulk of the changes were to the rear and he thought is was going to be more like the S class Merc. - That goes with the one view - don't like the one that's BMWish though.

The dvd version is, of course, the whole of Europe. The old LS400 Cd version is just UK. Yes borrowing the cd's from Lexus is great and yes it's tempting to burn a copy. Interesting to know that speaking to Lexus dealers the commonest fault they have to fix on the cd units is extracting copied cd's!!

I'm great at remembering faces but useless with names. I'm all in favour of some sort of name badge - just make it big enough so my bifocals can cope with it.

We are the South East - or we are some times. Sometimes we're South West and Some times the Midlands!!! just looked on sat nav 1 hour and 50 mins and with the m25 carpark probably looking at best part of 3 hours. looking at map i'd say it was nearer to west coast than east????? Yeah it's the problem we always have in this area. Swindon is usually put in the South West and Oxford normally in the South East. I know what you mean about the M25 I normally work on Gatwick being an hour and a half and Dover 2 hours so long as the M25's flowing but you can sometimes add on hours.

The club house does pretty reasonable food at reasonable prices. There are also plenty of pubs around. etc etc - more nearer the time. Can we have some more takers please - sorry you can't make it Kev.

I ran Jags (V12 XJS's) for several years and when I was due to change tried the 3.0SE and when I returned it said it was OK but not aJag - Dealer agreed - awful auto box. Wasn't prepared to buy the old model XJS (this was 2 years ago) so bought the LS instead. Don't think I'll be buying a jag again.

Ok I admit it that the 9th of August is a no. Lets make so other suggestions> Weekday - Thursday 14th August tee times starting at 4pm with a curry afterwards cost would be £23 per person. Weekend - Saturday 6th September Tee times after 2pm (either we could do lunch before or dinner afterwards) cost £30 per person. Quick response please.

the VSC works on a little vibrating prong a bit like a tuning fork - if it's not working correctly on the ls you get a warning light. frequently after the battery has been disconected (or just low on voltage) for any reason it can take a while to settle down again - don't know if this is the problem or not.
