  1. Nice! I'd loose the 'F' badge on the rear though, it's a 300H not an IS-F. Is it truely a 4 wheel drive as stated in the advertisement vehicle summary??? Might look good slightly lowered as well IMHO
  2. As above, make sure you scroll to the bottom of the Connected Services menu screen, Change user Name and Password is the penultimate option in the list
  3. You must have inputted your username and password somewhere in the settings at some point, just repeat with the new ones?
  4. Do you leave the hybrid system On or have you switched to Accessory mode?
  5. I believe one simply enters the new user name and password and saves that in the Connected Services menu in the Nav menu?
  6. When I collected my RC with Protection Pack the rubber mats were still in their poly bag in the boot. The packaging slip is very clear about securing them If they can't be secured, they slip very easily. I can't say I've found them at all slippery with wet shoes.
  7. Had similar on my CLS55 and they were very much needed. Only down side was on a black car one had to be very diligent at removing polish residue from the edges

  9. Do you have a spare fob you can try? How are you setting the preference for remote opening?

  11. The IS300H F-Sport can be specified with adaptive suspension and the IS200T F-Sport comes with adaptive suspension as standard. "the IS 300h F SPORT carries the spirit of these amazing cars. Exclusively designed and dynamically enhanced, this car can be specified with the 'Premier Pack' that includes Adaptive Variable Suspension for exceptionally engaging performance." " Experience an exhilarating performance thanks to adaptive variable suspension and racetrack-turned steering. The new IS 200t F SPORT is bolder than ever before, with an exclusive dark F-mesh grille and 18-inch alloys. And the look continues inside, with ‘Dark Rose’ leather sports seats, a perforated leather steering wheel and drilled aluminium pedals reflecting the car’s motorsport design heritage."
  12. Does the Lexus have a cooling fan for the Radio/Satnav electronics? That would remain on for a short while after switching off
  13. Just to add to rayaans excellent post above, all the information you could want regarding the functionality of both versions of 'Infotainment' is available to download from the Lexus customer portal.
  14. Let's hope his sense of decency doesn't desert him when the time comes to pay. Personally I would always go through the insurance.
  15. Well if I'm paying that much for insurance, I'm going to make sure I get something back for it! But as I only pay approx £180 per annum I'm not complaining..
  16. Wow! That's expensive.. This is common on Mercedes as well, pretty sure I only paid £50 for a new sensor.
  17. I'd say do go to Lexus! The other chap's insurance is footing the bill, so I'd want the most complete repair, not a patch up...
  18. Not nice but what a refreshing change to have someone own up! Looking like a new sensor required and quite probably a new bumper. Might be possible to remould the skin but think I'd be happier with a replacement.
  19. From the 'B' pillar backwards you can do as you please. Forward of that the glass/tint must allow 75℅ of light through. OEM tints tend to be 70-75℅ as standard. Police round our way carry Tintman testers and will stop any they suspect of being too dark
