  1. I replaced mine with Denso from Euro Car Parts...good quality and price.
  2. As we're on the subject of dangerous formulations, don't confuse autosol with anusol.....that would be a bummer.
  3. I'm afraid these days most of my funny attachments wouldn't go down well with the PC brigade but what about this?
  4. The mint with the less fattening centre.
  5. The old story of "you get what you pay for".
  6. Buy a dongle from AAWireless. It works..read this and a number of other related threads for proof/recommendations.Do NOT buy from Carlinkit..it doesn't work and their customer service is abysmal.
  7. All correct Peter. However, once sufficient ambient air has gone through, temperatures will equalise to the surface and air, therefore no condensation will occur.I guess the ducting is far too thin for interstitial condensation to occur(as can happen in larger structures such as buildings)
  8. I would guess chilled air in the ducts would condense on a hot day and this could cause a mouldy smell. Blasting the chilled air out of the system would ensure the air in the ducts is at ambient temperature and therefore won't leave condensate to go mouldy.
  9. Rabbers recently changed to Conti 7 tyres for his RC 300 and seemed very pleased with them.
  10. Depending on how long you've had the car and how well documented your concerns have been reported, you may be able to reject the car.Even the threat(if you're within time) will concentrate the dealers mind.
  11. I'm no mechanic, but I would think that there will be no hydraulic assistance to the brakes until the engine is running .If you need the brakes, then turn on the engine.
  12. Looks great Luciano. The first thing I did when I got mine was to debadge it.I've got the facelift version and the chrome trim has a bronze finish.I've been thinking of having the wheels resprayed in bronze, but the alternating red/black looks good.I wonder what sort of effect it gives when the wheels are moving?
  13. The new wheels do look awful. The simple solution would be to have them removed and repainted/powder coated immediately on delivery. It should be relatively cheap to do as no remedial work would be needed to brand new wheels. It would also be an opportunity to perhaps go for a more interesting colour eg satin bronze..if that would suit your chosen paint finish.
  14. A harrowing experience for the family and luckily no one was injured.Hopefully Vauxhall (in this instance)will thoroughly investigate the cause. However, won't the insurance cover the van and the building and contents insurance cover the other losses, although from the limited information,it sounds like there may not have been any cover as far as that's concerned. We've all been moaning about insurance premiums recently..this shows why we need to pay them
  15. Take a look at the ML website. They show the locations of all the speakers, model by model. Some of the speakers are "double" speakers.
  16. ...... marvellous publications,these handbooks,they tell you everything!
  17. Although it's some distance from Wales, another roadsign malfunction...
