It all happened in a 2nd year Geography lesson at School when studying the USA and Florida in particular. When the teacher told us about the southern most point being Key West and my surname being West my mate shouted it out, laughed out loud and ended up with a detention. Thankfully all i got was a nickname.

The name has stuck for 36 years so far.

This year there is every chance I will actually visit the place at long last and see what its like. I expect I will have to have my photo taken next to the placename at some point!

well what can i say? it used to be because every username i wanted ages ago was taken, the fluff(y) bit now refers to a certain incident i encountered (which wont be revealed! ahem!) and the 34567 was just because!
