Saw this on Facebook, can't guarantee it's authentic but have no reason to believe someone would make thus up??

Good morning

Thank you for your contact to Lexus UK and for your interest in the LC 500.

I am delighted that you are looking to replace this superb car and representation of all things Lexus.

However, I do have some disappointing news to share with you. I can advise that production of the LC range and RC-F will cease from early next year. This has meant that no new orders can be placed for these models. I can also confirm that these models will be removed from our New Cars section of our website this week.

I can only apologise that I cannot be the bearer of positive news but since 2016 we have sold nearly 600 LC but we have informed our Lexus Centre partners that legislation and homologation changes mean that these models can no longer be sold in Europe.

There are some exciting products to come for the Lexus brand over the next few years which incorporate Battery technology and sports concepts, which I hope may entice you to continue to invest in the Lexus brand.

In closing, thank you for contacting Lexus UK and once again, I am sorry that I am not able to share some positive news re the availability of this LC in the colour mentioned.

Kind regards

Stephen Hinshelwood

I have heard the same.

I placed an order for a CV with Nottingham some time ago and received an email yesterday saying a production slot has been allocated and that the build should start soon. My car is still at stage 1 (order in process) on the App.

As I contacted a few dealers before ordering, a couple of them (Birmingham and Lincoln) have been in touch to say that they have been told not to take any more orders.

I did wonder how they managed to sell a non turbo 5 litre V8 and still tick all the envirogubbins boxes. Throttlehouse’s video suggests they’ve been carbon offsetting Priuses to do it - that’d be hilarious if it was true.
Mines 2021 and doesn’t even have stop start 😂

Shame!

Supra is gone now as well!

End of another era!

The LC has vanished from the Lexus website completely but Toyotas website says “The GR Supra is currently unavailable to order. Contact your local dealer to discuss placing an order for a GR Prius or some crappy front wheel drive hybrid SUV instead”

Dear customer ( says our favourite car company ) We are taking all the fun cars away from our range for 2024. The good news is that all our replacement boring EV cars come with a free Lobotomy at one of our specialist private clinics

Happy New Year and thanks for the dosh.🤕

LC is no longer shown on U.K. Lexus website.
Everything in life is temporary, so enjoy them while you can.

I only recently noticed this! sad times, I thought that the UK might have got the 2024 model in the copper colour & touchscreen like the US

I ordered the only LC500 Ultimate Edition Coupe a couple of weeks ago which was already in the UK in their depot. Waiting to collect in the next few days. Dealership told me that this is the last coupe that arrived in the UK and production has stopped.

I was mostly looking for the panoramic 360 camera and trouchscreen is the bonus.

My Ultimate Edition coupe is already with the dealership now. Went to see it yesterday. Looks stunning and sounds mind-blowing. Collecting in couple of days time.

Wow, you got the first one to arrive. That's so cool. Yes, small world.

I've seen an Youtube video where an Ultimate Edition convertible got Suntek matte PPF and ceramic coating. That one is 1 of the 4 Ultimate Edition convertibles in the UK.
