Got my springs waiting to be fitted.

How long on average does it take to fit?

Most garages want to charge me by the hour :(

Anyone know of any bargain places in north / west london area ish?

Garages will normally charge about £100/150 or you can do it yourself if your confident enough in a day.

Goto Tony's .............. he charged me £80 to fit all my springs ....... top job.

with the whole damper off the car it took me around an hour to swap all the springs over using spring compressors.

but it took me alot longer than that to get the shocks off my car in the first place, A garage on the other hand shouldnt have that much bother, I think £100 is a good price to pay for the amount of work involved

it takes about 1 to 2 hours per side...........i would say best part of 2 hours. but that was me doing it :P :winky:

Yes but it was booked in at Drury Lane next day for full geometry. But he didn't have the equipment for 20" wheels. Although he did give it a check up and said everything was fine. It goes in next week back to Drury Lane.
