Ok Chaps and Chapettes - the photo's are located in their own thread as this one is big enough and i have posted 22 of them

Let me know what you all think.

I can put the whole lot on CD for anyone who wants them. The ones I have posted are resized.

Orig pics are 8 MegaPixel (4-5Mb per image and good enough for A2 poster quality if anybody wants them) They can be blown up bigger (I have some A0's at home that I printed out and the quality difference isn't really noticable)

Cheers fella, sorry didn't catch your other two runs, think I spent too long in the bar :o

I think some people are having trouble with the link in my sig and that I posted previously - if so try this one:

http://rapidshare.de/files/6102561/SantaPod2005.mp4.html

On that link you need to scroll to the bottom and click Free, and then on the next page scroll to the bottom again and you should see a counter counting down - once that is done you can click where it says SantaPod2005.mp4 to download it :)

Just to add:

Impressive show from the new Norris Evo , 9.7s @ circa 145mph, on its first proper outing.

Calder Supra also broke into the 9s, with a 9.8s run but looked to have blown

something at the top of the strip.

GTArt Skyline won the pro shootout in the end.

And great to see a couple more Lexus' on the strip. I hope more are encouraged int he future to build cars that not only look good, but go well too. :)

I was there too, but unfortunately had to park with the rest of the cattle in the fields :duh:

Did wander into the Lexus paddock, unfortunately didn't see any of the owners, Mr Singh, your car looks even better in the rubber!

My mate (Mark) was running his stripped out silver CRX with a B20 engine (N/A), I think his best time was 13.8 which was a result.

Hopefully next meet I'll get a chance to speak to you guys.

Just watched the vid

looked a wicked day out

late planning and 180miles and a late saturday night ment I did make this 1

some nice runs

so does any1 have a list of times

Mine were :

1) 16.8 secs @ 85.41 mph

2) 16.7 secs @ 88.06 mph

3) 15.7 secs @ 88.05 mph

Not sure what the others times were

I think i could get into the low 15's definatley on an excellent run. Maybe into the 14's in a few months :winky:

Definately into the 12's - 13's in a couple of years or so. But not in a Lexus :whistling:

Cheers buddy :)

I've noticed now I'm sober that the bitrate is a little low as there are lots of artifacts introduced in that video - anyone want a higher bitrate version?

You should be able to see it in the latest QuickTime or using a player called VideoLan Client which you can get at www.videolan.org - it's free and plays nearly every format going without you having to worry about the codecs etc :D

Alternatively if you mean you can't download it try the link in Gold as that should work :winky:
