Reversed Car Into Wall

Yup, last night under pressure with work, p-ing down, house improvements, finances the list goes on and on. And then I reversed my car into my wall on the drive scraping the off side bumper and arch big style!

I know there aren't any pics, but anybody got an idea what the whole bumper replacement cost is?

Anybody recommend the bodyshop in Lexus Chester / or anybody else in the area?

Not sure if to go thru insurance or not.

I once replaced a front bumper for £450, think a rear bumper would prob cost something similar, how bad is the damage to the wing? Does it need to be replaced or just resprayed?

Rear bumpers pop up on fleabay a fair bit, that would probably be your best bet for cheapness.

what colour and it hink the years irrelevant, but someone correct me if wrong

rear bumpers are about 113 + vat has mine needed to be replaced has an arse reversed into me.
