9th november...YOKOHAMAIZUMI (post office in japan)

10th november...TOKYO INT (airport)

11th november...COVENTRY PARCELFARCE

12th november...COVENTRY PARCELFARCE

13th november...COVENTRY PARCELFARCE

14th november...COVENTRY PARCELFARCE

15th november...local PARCELFARCE

so in two days this shipment covered over 6000 miles

yet in four days it has sat at coventry and covered zilch miles

it has cleared customs

and i still havent got it !!!

The worst carrier by a million miles that I have ever come across. Speaking to them (if you can get through) simply leads you back to the online tracking. The truth is they simply do not give a s*** when your parcel gets delivered.

Heh, I had a parcel sent over from the states (an electronic corrosion inhibitor), picked it up from Builth Wells post office. Had "Charge" stamped all over the front of the bag, but no charge details. "Oh well, sign for it anyway, we've got your address if there's a problem." Signed for the parcel, got to the car, turned the bag over so see the charge form stating that I actually owed them over thirty quid for VAT and handling! Never mind... :D

I have order sat in my lounge from Taka kaira. Nice bits in it. Came from Parcel Force. Adressed to some Mr. Newsome......

my partner ordered some books which were delivered yesterday by parcelforce.

only 2 out of 3 parcels came (not their fault - its coming today).

However, when she checked on the parcelforce website to see the status, she was quite surprised to see a scribbling, illegible signature for the two parcels that were delivered.

Not only was she not asked to sign for the delivery, the driver had recorded that it had been signed for by a neighbour.

So - the driver did not ask for a signature, then recorded that it was delivered next door, and scribbled a false signature.
