Black callipers on a black car...

Cool. Black alloys next?

Black tints?

Darkened light clusters, side repeaters etc?

Can be the new Knight Rider if you top it off with a swooshing red LED thing at the front!

Would look good though methinx :)

Mines an Aztec Fire too. I've done my calipers silver with black decals and they look pretty good.

- Paul :)

I like the silver.

I'm not too sure if i should go for something that would stand out, or the subtle touch (like yours).

Well that it all done, the rain held off but it was flaming windy and cold, glad it's over! Hate painting anyway from walls and woodwork to airfix models as a kid so as you can probably tell i loved doing it (yeh right) but it's done now and it looks miles better, just waiting for my decals to land on my doorstep now.

Any pics?

What colour decals did you go for? I think any colour would go with black so it's down to your own choice! Obviously black ones would be hard to see too well though...

Ive just managed to do one of mine today. Ive gone for black Hammerite satin on the caliper with silverfoil decals (thanks SteveL!) and Im gonna spray the rear drums silver. Nice and understated. ok ok ok so the wife disagreed with me painting them red :)

Id have probably managed a bit more today but I think a 300lb gorilla with an air wrench screwed my wheel nuts on :tsktsk: , I had to take it to a garage to have one of em taken off! He used a 6 ft steel extension bar to undo it. Anyway all back on bladdered with coppergrease now.

Ill post pics of my calipers when Im done

Have you had your car lowered fella? By how much because it looks more than the -300mm?

Yes mate, just a couple of weeks ago. :D They are the standard -30mm TTE lowering springs. See the thread here.

Looks a lot lower than that. Are you happy with it? The last car i had lowered, i was a bit disappointed in the end result. I do want to get mine done beacause it does sit really high but thought of spending out over £700 for the coilovers makes me baulk and i doubt i could ever convince my wife that it's worth forking out for unfortunately.
