Best Spark Plugs

What are the best plugs to use? I'm going to do service very soon and want the best for my IS, also what oil is recommended I used to use magnatec in my 306Turbo Diesel which was great for that but were talking a new kettle of fish with the Lex, has anyone used the Castrol gold stuff which is about £36 is that worth it or shall I just stick to magnatec? my uncle puts magnatec in his Impreza STI and swears by it so if it's good enough for that then it should be fine for my Lex? :eerrrmm:

DENSO IK20 are good, best place to get them is off eBay.

Cheers, i'll have a look on there. What are Bosch super4 like are they any good?, I can get a full set for £15.

Not sure what the Bosch are like fella, but everyone seems to recommend the IK20 as they are best suited to the IS.

I thought the HKS plugs were exactly the same as the Denso's just rebranded and twice the price?

I used Denso IK20's in my SC'd IS and they were fine :)

Using the iridium NGK's in this one and they seem good too :)

I did 30k miles with the IK20's and a supercharger, worked fine mate :)
