You can always add a response to her negative feedback and explain what happened. I know what you mean though. Still, we've all got our eBay horror stories, still sucks though. Hope everything works out.

eBay won't remove feedback, or be any help at all really. I've had a problem 3 times now, two as a buyer, once as a seller and been given negative feedback containing lies purely because I left them negative feedback. I managed to get one removed by getting the troublemaker's account deleted for not having legitimate contact details in their member profile (this was after eBay refused to help and I was looking for ways to force them).

Don't wait too long - the last problem I had (only recently) where an item didn't arrive I didn't file it with Paypal fast enough because I was giving the seller the benefit of the doubt with it being shipped from abroad. eBay will only look at it if the request is rejected by Paypal so I couldn't use them either and got nothing back... except negative feedback from the seller!

Hope you get at least something back, but it won't be what you paid, you're probably lucky it was only £22. Good luck with it!

If you get anything back from paypal/ebay, i think it will only be £7 (im sure you dont get back the first 15 of any claim)
