Just Polished The Car

Very highly polished, what polish did you use?? looks good. Fancy swapping our wives for the weekend :whistling: , my lex is due for a polish and there is no chance of my missus getting the polish cloths out. But I suppose I never let her drive my Lex, made sure of that because I never put her in the insurance!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's been discussed here a while back - but is it something to do with the "thin" type of paint Lexus used, in particular the Astral Black (but other metallics as well), that the finish isn't as "shiny" as other Manufacturer's "Blacks" (e.g. Audi or BMW) and scratches are a lot more "visible" because of this.

So what is the best wax/polish to use for these colour(s) on the IS200?

Shame on you! I am a widow (and an old gal at that!) and I own and run a lovely IS200 SE Auto ALL BY MYSELF! So why can't you let your lady-wife drive yours??????
