not ready today i think they were out till silly oclock with the tuner as i got a text after 10 last might. im going to call later to see what else needs doing. sad but no one wants an unfinished project

It would have been all done BUT, during the shake down there was excessive vibration from somewhere so its back on the ramps tracing the problem, could be one (or two) of many things.....

There was no vibration when running it up with the wheels off the ground. My money is on the prop, being slightly off balance but thats only my unqualified opinion.

Small update:

THE DEVIL IS DONE :devil: :devil: :devil:

Picking her up on Monday 11 May which is also my birthday!! (Like Stav I've jinxed this one now its public :lol:)

James and the tuner road tested it yesterday and the air intake temp. refused to go above 20C, thats pretty good apparently

.

There are a couple of jobs that will be done towards the end of May, we are going to get the the engine bedded in first. The Alps trip is out as it is a bit late to ski now we are going on a Nile Cruise at the end of May, so if diary's match up that is when the couple of other jobs can be done.

yea its got TTE arbs now, apparently they are the best :lol:

Really looking forward to getting her back, I didn't think I would miss the car as much as I am.

Going to call WIM to see if they can set the GEO up again on my way to work Monday as it is on the way home.

I have soooooooooo much on next week. However if I can get away from MK I would love to take a drive up to B'ham and compare the 2 conversions.

Tuesday if anything. Or a mini meet on the Sunday so more people can make it?

I don't even think I will have time to fit the new speakers next week (if I can work out how to get the door cards off?????
