Anyone Know This Car And What Is It Worth? Quick Advice Please!

Recommended Posts

Looking at this and like it:

Anyone know the car? What do you think and what is it worth? Thanks guys.

Look at the leather, there's no way its only done 62K

Has anyone looked at this seller's feedback? Looks like another private car dealer!

Admittedly it does look good and has obviously been valeted both inside and out judging by the amount of silicon spray on the dash and steering wheel.

I would certainly be looking at the MOT history and service records to confirm the claimed mileage and be aware that as a "private seller" there will be no warranty or eBay seller protection on it.

Having said that if it doesn't feel right when you see it you can just walk away.

Did the GS300 have paddle shift gears then?

Paddle shift? NO. It has buttons on the steeering wheel which can be used when the gear shift is in 'M' manual mode. Introduced on the face lift model, year 2000, but not on the GS430 version

Yup, spot on. Infuriates me that they didn't fit it to the GS430.

2 grand

That was a good estimate NWB,only £85.00 out :)

If you don't mind Jpj what was the question you asked?

I asked questions about service history, how many owners on the V5, etc. Just basic stuff but no response.

Look at the leather seats they seem well polished by backsides going in and out

Yes Jon, that coupled with failure to answer JPs simple questions, leads me to agree with you. The people I got the Nissan from, could not do enough for me.

I always pay as much attention to who the seller is, as to the car itself.William

Low mileage will not always equate to "new" looking seats. Mine has 68K genuine mileage but is used for mix of 12 mile runs and 125 mile runs. You get in and out of the car and shine the seats just as much on 50 short runs as 50 long runs.
