Fuse Query (Sportcross)

Happy New Year to you all,

I have had a trawl through the forum but....

My 'top up oil' and 'bulb failure' orange warning lights have come on (and stayed on) at exactly the same time....oil level is fine, and no bulbs have gone (incl. number plate and H/L brake)...so I am wondering if it's a fuse or electrical fault

Have checked the footwell fuse boxes...dry

Have reset the ecu...

What do you think?

Both lights are directly powered from the 10A Gauge fuse so that is worth checking although if it blows the bulb shouldn't come on at all. Maybe there is some weird alternative path created when the fuse goes, however you should also notice issues with other warning lights too.

Thanks, could you advise where I can find out which fuse it is, I have looked for a fuse list on the knowledgebase, but couldn't find one, is there one on the site...? Maybe the lights themselves and oil level sensor share a fuse and that fuse is faulty, causing the warning lights to detect the problem??
