It's a RHD car, (therefore NOT European), and it's not a Lexus.

It's an Altezza.

You can see more piccys of this car posted (by me) over a year ago, in out very own gallery.

This definitely shows it as RHD, and rules it out as being European.

I can't remember which site I originally saw these piccy's on, but it was definitely from an Altezza Owners Club site in Japan.

looks very much like remus exhaust on my previous mazda 323F. i saw japanese mazda xedos 6 owner site previously (was thinking of buying one before i got altezza) & lots of owners use german/uk plates as show plates underneath jap plates same with mazda 323f in japan & other cars there

pic looks like theres another number plate on top too.

i seen a picture of a is200 in japan with orange indicators lense at the back that looks similer to that pic

Going by the retro fit Foglamp I'd say a Jap imported car , and the no. plate font looks like a very typical German style that I get to see a lot of.
