Thanks everyone for a wonderful weekend, Marion and I really enjoyed ourselves and it was great to meet everyone. Its nice to put faces to names. Well done to everyone involved with the organisation, our presentation was by far the best at the show, a big thanks to Lexus Leicester for the centre-piece. Thanks to Matt, Tony and Zee for keeping their cars on the dusty side of the track, so i didnt have to clean mine!!!!Cheers P.S. The analogue photos will be in the gallery as soon as i can get then

Hi JK, my IS200 came with Diamondbright as a freeby from the dealer. Its very good and they even gave me some car shampoo and preserver to keep it bright.

Tescos' are the worst,,Sainsburys' are the best pumps i have found. The local BP is a fit iffy, you have to pull it half way out to get it going. Isn't it because of the sealing mechanism at the neck of the tank?

Iv'e done 30 miles after the light comes on, but i was taking it very very carefully and praying that the petrol station wouldn't be closed..Then i filled up and worked out i still had a gallon left!!!:wow:

Hello Boje. I too have a noise from the co-drivers seat, but its my fault for marrying her! No seriously, i hear a clicking-ticking noise from somewhere up front but i cannot say it is deinately the drivers or passngers seat. It is not affected by a bumpy road or bad cornering, it is not all the time. I will have to get my wife to ride in the back and lay on the floor-oooohhh:rolleyes:

Hi, welcome to the club. My Toyota dealer promised to save pounds by importing from Belgium. Ordered IS200 end of April, 6-8 weeks wait. June still no car, 6-8 weeks wait. End of July still no car, said it could be September! Phone Lexus Wolverhampton, had one in the show room- got it next week. They warned that the car from Belgium would be first registered there,and may not be full UK spec. You pays your money..................

Hear are my new SELF CLEANING alloys. They are a new product costing £250 instead of £70 for re-furbished ones so Luxus will only change four and not the spare.

Hi Ramman, welcome to the club. Didn't your dealer offer the Diamondbright service. I got it free, and it appears to keep its shine longer. But also as others have said, make sure your use a decent cleaner and polish. Bring it to JAE and we'll get Steve or Matt to show you how!!!!:smilegrin:

If the tent is needed for Friday night i dont mind meeting someone half-way, anyone in the West Midlands, preferably near a shopping centre, then the wife wont complain.:(

Hi Adeyb, welcome to the club. Intersted to know what year your car is. I had a 02 loan car recently, and it had the black dash and centre consul, but yours looks better in the lighter colour. Its just that the wife thinks the next one will be blue.:o

My Lexus dealer is ordering new wheel ends to match the new "bright metal"alloys. No questions asked.

Hi Jenners, the new alloys have a much brighter finnish, you can wipe the dust off with a cloth, it doesn't stick like it did to the old ones. Only complaint is the centre badge doesn't match now, it's still the old grey colour. Does anyone have a new model IS200 with the new alloys?

Ive just had all four alloys changed FOC by Lexus because they were showing signs of pitting. The new ones are a much brighter and shinyer metal than before. Not sure i like the finish, but if it stops then pitting,well!!!!!!!!!!!!!:wow:

A V-6 for the IS200 is on the cards, even the dealers in Wolverhampton are talking about it,but could be 4-5 years:(

I have a six bert tent you can have for the week-end. I cant make it to help with the set-up, but will be there on the day. Any-one near Shropshire (like Stoke) to collect it?
