Hi Weltmeister, in the UK they have dropped the IS200S from the range, we get the IS200-200SE and 200Sport. The differences are still the same as before, only 16" alloys on 200, electric seats and sunroof ,half leather trim +17" alloys on 200SE. 200Sport has all these plus LSD, metal pedals, scuff plates and darkened rear windows. The sound system is 6speakers on all models. Have a look at the Lexus UK website for full spec.:tumble:

Thanks for all the feed-back. I think we ought to take this chance to tell Lexus UK what we think of their magazine. If everyone sends in a bad report they might do something- but if we don't then they will never know! I'm going to volunteer for the next road test. Cant be that hard to do, just swan around for 2 weeks in someone elses car, then forget to say anything nice about it:D

Well i seem to have started a lively discussion! Sorry Supercharged- the light must be different in Finland. The Silver comes into its own when you park it up against a BM or Merc and compare the silvers. We had the choice of a Blue, but they had a dirty one outside the showroom, and she who must be obeyed didnt fancy the idea of every little bit of dirt showing on it:P

Do we need to be pin-poi t accurate on location? Surely the county would be enough! You've got to consider security, do you want the exact location of your Lexus known to complete stangers.

From April there should be many companies offering a DIY ADSL kit. BT have brought the retail price down to £14.95 a month, so it may be sold at around the £30 mark. (dont quote me!) The way i read it, your line will ADSL and you will have to plug a filter in every socket with an ordinary phone. Dont know what signalling limit there will be (4K at the moment) but i'll let you know. BT is ADSL, Blueyonder is a cable modem.
