Nope, not you :P would be me then!! not much to say, it depends which delivery office your mail travels through at Bolton West we appear to have it under control, but if it's going through a lazy centre before it reaches us then thats where the problem starts i will state, and you probably already know, that there are several stages your mail passes through before it reaches your postperson/parcel person, he or she has no control over where it is before it reaches him, but when it finally does, it'll get to you that day PS, never any money in xmas cards... mainly birthday cards ;) and thats where it stays until it reaches its new owner, when i'm delivering it anyway :D

wondering whether to pay the guy a visit who i delivered the card to and let him know

HEADS UP EVERYONE.... THESE SCAMS ARE NOT AN URBAN MYTH!!! a couple of you may know i'm a postman, but here's the deal. Not realising yesterday what i had in my hand, i delivered a card through the door of the address on it, thinking nothing more about it, but today it was given back to me, thankfully the guy had checked it out first. I took photos of it to post on here and i've sent it back to royal mail so i can deal with it tomorrow THIS IS THE CARD THIS I SUSPECT IS A FAKE PRINTED "PREPAID STAMP" I MUST STRESS THIS IS NOT AN E-MAIL WARNING, BUT THE ACTUAL CARD I PERSONALLY DELIVERED YESTERDAY WHILE OUT DOING MY JOB

problem you have with the bulb issue is that the cops dont do bugger all regarding sending bulbs off to be examined if they werent called to the scene in the first place. there was an accident involving a car driving into the back of another car, because the front car had no working brakelights, but the back car was found as liable because obviously it ran into the car infront, and tried to use lack of brakelights in his defense

allegedly thats correct, this guy rang me back today and told me that they often advertise a car from both outlets, grange is based at a home address and lonsdale is a more professional retailer hence their higher price, grange actually has the cars that pop up in duplicate adverts, but if they sell through lonsdale, he keeps a cut and grange gets the lower selling price both email addresses start "lonsdalecars@"

i locked my keys in the boot of my omega after they fell out of my shirt pocket while getting a bag out, car was already locked and deadlocked, and the boot is remote opening only, and i only have the one key!! AA spent two hours looking for a way in without damaging, managed to get in, tho the method is not suitable to post on a public forum!
