  1. Hi mate, and welcome to the club. For a is200 thats only done 62k thats been driven very very hard and not looked after at all, its sounds like its been driven around a field for weeks on end! Hope you get the parts sorted and your car back on the road, just take care of her and she will love you back...
  2. Yours is different to mine, i have a 2001 and the tray in which my tools are stored in is foam and theres a lift out tray that fits inside the spare wheel. I have a wheel chock off a different car that may fit, and also the reversible screwdriver. This is the type i have in my boot. I,m sure i have one of these kicking around in the same colour. And one of these too in black.
  3. I have leds all round now, bar from brake lights as i cant seem to find a set that look alot brighter when you have the lights on and then hit the brakes! The ind i have in the back look like these, But you cant just chuck leds in the indicators with out changing the indicator relay for an led one!
  4. Nice, chuck some of these in there to take away that orange egg look. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Chrome-Silver-Indicator-Bulbs-501-Flash-ALFA-ROMEO-Brera-2006-Amber-Orange-Rep-/280823439607?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item416261a0f7
  5. Your welcome Andy, i bought those from Lidl of all places about 4 years ago lol, but there the same as the ebay ones. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-Chrome-Silver-Indicator-Bulb-382-LEXUS-IS200-mk1-s-/160620744128?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2565be0dc0 Those should be the same as mine, they look more silver than mine do but the silver does fade with use over time. Yes that's the standard Lexus zorst, but i believe that it was an optional extra, their really hard to get a hold of now, and the ones on ebay are not gen lexus parts but cheap copies, so watch out.
  6. Jez, you guys must drive like bats out of hell to go through a set of tyres in under 12 months, i put a set of part worn on the rears last year that only had 5 mm on them and they still have 3-4 mm left... Or do i drive like a pansy?!
  7. Slowly start to removed bits off it day by day till they notice or you have it in bits back home!
  8. Not the worlds best pics amte sorry. http://youtu.be/ejyNyb6FxDc The bulbs have lost a little bit of their silver coating, but they look 100 times better in the flesh and in the light houseing. Hope this helps.
  9. Get the reg and check to see who the owner is, and cross reference their name with the hospitals list, if they have passed on see if they left any personal possetions and have a look for the keys! Come on, everyone was thinking it, i just tell it as i see it lol...
  10. You will need 3 x T10 (501s) in your choice of smd colour, 2 x T5 in the same colour, or mix n match colours to make it different! Also the ign barrel is T5 also, and thats another 20 sec job to do!
  11. Cant see why not, it should be straight forward enough, as for running power cable through the black bung behind the battery, i'd double check to see whats running through there already just so you dont pick up any extra noise pollution by running it next to other power sources!
  12. Nothing to do with their horizontal position, its down to the way they are pointing, us light will point into the road and not the hedgerow? Thats why if you go to france or any left hand driving country you would have to fit beam deflectors to you uk spec car!
  13. Had my Chinese cheapies in for over 4 years now lol, i'v never had any probs with them at all and their just as easy to fit as replacement bulbs! I bought 4 sets a few months back to do my mates MGT-F and the misses Coupe, came with-in 2 weeks and all for less than £70, misses didnt want high beam as she dosnt really go out at night so i stuffed them in my front fogs lol...
  14. Bought a cheap set of rear fogs of ebay for £5 inc p&p (cheap) but they looked like they had being run over! So i set about them with some wet-n-dry, and finished them off with Autoglym paint restorer on my rotary with an old foam pad.
  15. Nice find mate, hope shes back up and running soon as...
  16. Welcome to the club mate, love the name lol... Don't know of anyone who's done that mod, but there's a few on here that may know how to do it!
  17. Welcome mate, nice looking is300 you have there. When you do the cam belt i'd do the water pump at the same time, this will save you money in the long run.
  18. Yes mate their perfectly fine for daytime driving. I have a set in my garage, if i get round to it ill post a vid of them in and working...
  19. I dont do rattles at all, i even make the misses sit in silence when she's in the car with me!!!
  20. I have used those silver/amber bulbs and had no problems with them, like look fine both off and lit. The bulbs fittment is offset as per your first link.
  21. Well if thats all it is im not going to remove the door card just to re-fit it, use glad the rattles gone lol...
