  3. we have here in sweden a plastic holder that the plate locks into. no screws just slip it in and the place a plastic lock on it. wi see if i can take some photo's

  11. hi and welcome to the Loc. sure the guys here will tell you whats best and you can have a look on eBay to see what there is and don't forget we have a for sale section here so you might pick up a bargain from the loc members
  12. not sure if you can connect the 2 plugs the wrong way around. if you are having trouble with it then open it up and check the bulbs buy plugging in the unit without the case on it. then see what bulbs are working and swap them over to the ones that are not. might be a good time to think about if your going to change the color over or not.

  14. you can check yourself. the obd port is under the steering wheel at the bottom of the plastic molding. just feel along the bottom of the plastic and you should find a cover near the bonnet release catch http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=h...sa%3DN%26um%3D1 here is what it looks like
  15. if you need a transponder i have a 2 button one you can have for free. works but is missing the boot open button but good as a spare
  16. yes they are in 2 parts and just couple together before going to the switch. not sure if you can get just a bottom but you can get the whole seat heater pad. just did my back seats and it was not that hard to do but you do need a special pliers and some seat fastenings. tale one hour to remove the seat and fix a new pad. hope this helps if not try finding a breakers yard that has your seat and just swap them over
  17. check out jersey because they still allow black and silver plates and have no mot and road tax is 35 pounds a year, take your car there for a holiday or find someone from there and get a post box address and then send it forward to your English address. your plate will be j and then 12345 or if you want just numbers the try Guernsey

  20. you put the lights in the oven for 20 minutes standing them on something at 115 degrees and then you take them out and put you eyes in then put them back together and seal them again. will find the how to for you look on this thread and you can see how it's done http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...p;hl=angel+eyes
  21. i just got a batch of 50 blue grain of wheat bulbs for doing the other pieces of the car. heated seats heater controls and window switches and if you pm me i can send them out to you for postage. have 40 over so let me know how many you need in the pm jason

  24. always start with the easy thing to check then if the speaker is ok then you know that its the wire or the head unit. so next check the wire and if you have a spare speaker that you know is working use that to test the wire. if it don't work then check the head unit to see if that's working. there is no fuse and no easy way to test it but to pull the head unit out
