  1. If you are staying in the city avoid Pigalle and Blanche as it is the area of the Moulin Rouge and includes alot of lap dancing and peep shows. On the plus side easy access to most places. If you want somewhere else to visit and is hidden strongly recomend Parc Asterix. It was great and easy to get to all you do is go to Charles De Gaul airport and catch a bus. You can also do that for Disney too.
  2. recomend either ebuyer, scan, dabs, or aria and they are all reputable compannies. It could be worth trying you local computer fair.
  3. If anyone has a rover and still under a now void warrenty, if they bought on Finance or paid a deposit by credit card, if any work needs carrying out on it which would have been warrenty work they can claim it under the consumer credit act as the finance company and credit card companny have joint liability. It is a hassle to go through with it but it is one way to do it.
  4. Woo hoo St. Helens council. The same thing happend to me and they refused to pay! Good luck. St. Helens would rather spend money on speed bumps than repairing the pot holes. it is worth a try.
  5. Forgot to say they can be contacted on (01270) 508900
  6. The chester barrie site is now known as the Cheshier clothing company and can be found at Marshfield Bank Marshfield Crewe Cheshire CW2 8UY When I went to there old site they made for Chester Barrie (saville Row) Stephenson Bros, Austin Reed, and Paul smith
  7. I agree a good tailored suite will always look better than an off the peg one. As you are in Stafford you are close to Chester Barrie near to Crewe. I got suits from them (and they make for a number of designers) and they offer tailor made suites too
  8. I am with Colin p on Angel by Thierry Mulger my girlfriend loves it so it is a good choice for me, I also have a complete mix including Guess, Hugo No1 (which I like) Blue Jeans for going out to the pub. i want to get UltraVilot next.
  9. Nice site Stu, just that you missed out Super League for me!
  10. THe new fiesta is a good choice, but personally I would go for the Jazz as i think it is a great car, then the Yaris.
  11. I always say go with the best you can afford. Have a look at aria as they will build to your own spec and have a good reputation. I have recently been put off by Dell the fact that at work we have had motherboards, processor and power supply replaced on 5 PC's in the last 6 weeks. I personally built my own PC so I can have what I want on the inside. I chose AMD Athlon 64 over Pentium, for a start they are cheaper, just as reliable and in benchtests out perform Pentium 4. You get some people who are Intel fans others are AMD fans. If you want to save on cost then go AMD as there equivelent chips are around 7% - 15% cheaper than Intel. AMD are often the gamers choice now but it all depends what you will be using the pc for.
  12. DVD shrink is the choice for me and most people in work. It works really well. If you want somewhere cheap for disks both CD and DVD give svp a go we use them in work and often have cheap delivery at weekends, I got my writer from them and have not been disapointed.
  13. this is an advert for a honda bike thing and it has Madness in it. Want a bike now Hoda advert
  14. if you are doing audio cd's you should burn slower no more the 16x as the disc is not burnt into a great distance at faster speeds. I burn most of mine at 8x after discoverying you can play CDs burnt at 42x. If you want cheap discs we use svp at work and never had any problems with them.
  15. I use firefox or Opera and love both browsers. I also use Zone alarms as my firewall and dont have any problems with it. As a browser firefox is one of my favourites and is my first choice I only use IE as a last resort!
  16. I use Ritek & Bulpaq discs all the time and have never had a problem with them in the cd player. The canon printers are great for printing on CD's I have one of the I series which gives the ability to print on CD, and it is no more thirsty than doing colour printing in general.
  17. As long as a cdr complies with the blue book and therefore has the correct Compact Disc logo on board then I should not see a problem usigng CD-r.
  18. just curious been looking at the B2 solo today (yes I know I should be working) and have been offered £65 trade in on my whistler. Just wounderd is it worth paying to have it fitted as I am not the most adept at fitting things myself. Do you guys no what is the main difference between RA2 and the B2 as i have seen the RA2 in action and was impressed.
  19. in a recent which test Loewe TVs came out tops in 32" screens. However the Sony came out as a good alternative as picture and sound quality v good. Lowes are over £1000 but you can shop on the net and get it at a good price. I recently bought an lcd from RGB Direct and could not complain as I saved over £500 on the price in currys, which got me a multiregion home cinema system.
  20. I travel round the country lanes of cheshire to get to work in Altrincham and the Pirellis work fine just cost too much!
  21. Have a look at this site Ten Tenths They are a website for motorsport I am often found on the marshals stuff but plentty of karters and other racers on there and will be able to help. They are a friendly bunch
  22. I know a few people with 4x4's and they have not been impressed with reliability of Jeeps in general. THe shogun on the other hand is extremly good and I did think about one before the Lex. I have been in the Mitsu pick up and have to say it is a tough decision between which I would choose. At the moment I would say go for the pickup they look like fun.
  23. when are nissan bringing the infiniti brand to the UK
