Does anybody know what those extra straps in the boot are for. I've found on on the right hand and two just at the back (behind number plate).

Very similar to inital post. My wife loves the car but all the extra's i.e. club etc then that goes too far .... The only arguments revolve around what CD's we stack in the player -
Mine has got two screw driver indents on the passenger side of the centre console. I don't know how these were done as they were there when I got it. Maybe they haven't had the patience to use a proper tool.

Very nice ... I had a courtesy car in that red and I loved it (about the only similarity though). My wife did too which is always a bonus so I think that's what the next one will be.

I agree, these type of chargers are very good. They're often used on bikes for the exact same reason as the E type above .... if only we had more sun we wouldn't need things like this !

Mine ain't do for a wax yet as I haven't had it long ... but ... in preration ... How long would you expect that finish to last ? and when are you planning to need to redo it ?

IT was sado me that was reading the manual two nights ago .. trying to find out why putting TA on the radio killed all sound...still don't know why. Also as it happens I can't change the TA volume, the manual says hold down the TA button but it doesn't work... So you can take my comments in the previous post as correct. :sniff::sniff:

If you press the fob once it double locks the car. If you press it again within a set period (can't remeber how many seconds) and get the five flashes this deactivates the internal motion sensor. Press it again and it sets the internal sensor etc. etc.

Would get you there alot quicker than the usual rolling stock

Driving to work this morning (nice long Manchester - London commute !!!). I noticed how the grooves in the motorway (you know the ones left by heavy lorries in the slow lane) really throw my IS200 around. Is this just the nature of very sensitive steering and lovely large tyres .... Do you chaps / chapess' suffer this ?

That needle position seems to be a feature, what I suggest is you remove the needle and paint a little white line just above the 40 mark. You'll feel alot better !!!! :lol:
