  1. Pretty sure there the same, although it might be best to PM Tony aka WIM.
  2. Looks excellent. Suggestion on the PS piping etc.... how about you install a small cooler kit, just like you would use on an engine oil cooler. A small mocal 7 or 10 row 115mm width cooler with some push on hose will be more efficent than the stock bendy pipe arrangement.
  3. No worrys. If you want to save cash get all of it from taka or other... don't forget there will be the Tax etc too pay..
  4. If you want the PE kit go through Taka.. OR try Neweraparts, there pretty good. Or you could contact Envy Performance the UK Distributors for PE, see if you can get a deal. When you order the PFC, Make sure you order the TURBO type, and for early model Altezza. The Turbo one has a MAP sensor, N/A one does... I had to sell my N/A one as its not good for positive boost... Fensport will put some mark up on the product, so i'd avoid going through them, there just a dealer not any official importers...
  5. PE don't do any ECUs. The only straight swap out ECUs are, Apexi Power FC HKS F-Con Pro V Access ECU (Stock ECU re-mapping, normally for Blitz s/c and t/c) TOMs (i heard these are no longer made) Or you could go for a piggy back type like Emanage Ultimate, but i wouldn't use them personally. The PE setup comes with injectors and uprated fuel pump iirc.. And i'm pretty sure it requires return fuel line and a adjustable fuel reg. Get a full list of what comes with the kit as i've heard different from different places!
  6. If it doesn't work, check the connections, also does the car doors trigger the light like normal?
  7. Thats nasty, must of shat your pants! Luckily you weren't hurt, and going at greater speed! might of reacted slightly different if you were going faster and well... you might have been writing a different story :( Hope you get it sorted mate.
  8. Totally gutted, but I'm sure Michael and the team will like to finish with a 1-2 in Brazil. Alonso will have to get used to pulling that face, Mclaren didn't get any wins in 2006... 2007 championship will be wide open!
  9. I watched this last night, it was like 2hrs long :o Like it says 'secrets can't kept hidden forever' I wonder if the truth will come out in our lifetime? I hope so, take bush (the real terrorist) to trial
  10. Copy-Paste above, take out the space between http:// and forum. PE Turbo kit will be mega ££££
  11. Nasty! only just seen this thread... glad its all sorted though :)
  12. Alex JDM has them, but u won't get hold of him, he's vanished. BTW, quit copying me
  13. They do, but if its anything to do with shipping they will say 'check our FAQ on the site'
  14. S4 Avant... u mean the B5 2.7ltr Twin Turbo yeh? Nice cars. Mate had an S4, damn was it fast for 250hp, even faster than his porsche. You need to look out for cracked manifolds and shagged out turbos... i hear service repairs are really bad. Its funny you ask about the S4, i've been looking at them myself :)
  15. Agree with Rich. Too bling. IMO.
  16. Apexi turbo kit might well be discontinued. I know there was 1 for sale in Australia... It WILL be on the Jap site. It Will be listed on Taka Kaira too. The Blitz kit, along with the HKS GT-RS were the best options out there, proper manifolds with external wastegates. Power Enterprise one is also making a real effort with theres. I have bunch of pics somewhere, looks damn sexy!
  17. If i had that much to spend.... Out of that list, i would ditch the Greddy Turbo kit, and go for the Blitz or Apexi Turbo kit, both come with FMIC, and bigger turbos, injectors and HGs. Your upgrading the rear brakes? they won't give u hardly anymore braking, purely looks. Give me the money, i'll spend it for you
  18. You dont need the power intake. If it were me i'd get the Blitz Turbo kit, comes with injectors and thicker HG... Saves you upgrading later, good for 320hp. However if its all you can afford, get yourself a Apexi Power FC ECU. Much better than the Emanage that comes with the turbo kit, hell its better than an Emanage AND Camcon combined!! You might need bigger injectors witht he Power FC ECU, it'll extract few more ponies over the Emanage/Camcon combined.
  19. Can't remember the colour, but just the case of getting your multimeter out and testing each pin on the plug till you get 12v when key is set to 'ign'
  20. Yes you can go for bigger turbo, but thats not the best move. You might want to go for uprated internals, stock CR is quite high i wouldn't add a bigger turbo without doing the internals first. The Clutch looks fine.
  21. If you want to lighten it, and don't care too much for creature comforts... Remove, Carpets Door Cards Sound proofing plastic trimings headliner rear bench boot interior panels audio spare wheel tool kit That should drop you about 50kilos ?
  22. C-Ones do a tailgate..
  23. The pulley may appear to wobble, but it did this from the day i bought the car, i think its normal (very very slight wobble) As for the VVTi operation. Little goes wrong with them pulley, unless of course it has been tampered with. If you take the gears apart its a total pig to put back together. Make sure the cam gears all line upto key holes. Its advisable at any point to make markings before u attempt to disassemble the pulley (you don't have to do this to remove camshafts btw :winky: ) Its only a common fault if when its taken apart its not aligned up right. Mine runs fine, and i've had it apart fully :)
