    Not trying to get in to a debate here bit I certainly wouldn't call the m3 tacky! I think when you make an out right performance car with a V8 you need to hear it more. The audi s6 is similar. V10 and you really can't tell. Personally for the car I think it is too quiet. All those sporting pretensions and not enough sound for my taste. Would appear a lot of people on here are of the same opinion. Stu

    That is a good point. Ordered on 12th December and still not here. Doesn't change exhaust note though. Nicer v8 rumble from engine and exhaust may be epic!

    I have to say it seems a bizarre decision to fit fake tips, also the car is so quiet for a v8. I know its a stealthy car but I do think more sound would be better. I'll be going to h&s on the 2nd for a quote on a ss cat back. Stu

    I have an isf which is low enough. Most seem to buy coilovers. Probably worth a new thread on that topic pal.

    I'll be going to a company called Hayward and Scott for my isf. They have a great reputation. Will post up once I know a price. There are no 'out of the box' systems available in the uk. As such you will need to find a trusted custom place.

    Not had eibachs on lexus but they tend to be progressive. Firmer than stock but not as firm as others. Often because they don't lower as much as alternative springs.

    I have it in my isf. It is an amazing sound system! Surround sound with 14 speakers.

    Winter tyres are not something I am willing to buy at the moment. I only use my car on the weekends as don't commute in it. Also when speaking to a tyre company they said they only offer noticeable performance improvement under 7 degrees. That has barely happened so far this year and they recommend fitting from October for 6 months!

    Some audi models suffer with carbon build up and this helps them. A dyno run will tell you if you have an issue.

    Little more than I expected but only by 200ish once vat is added. Does this include fitting? Assume they are just halving the size of the back box for increased sound? I'll be going to h&s week commencing 2nd to see what they say so there should be a couple of options for people.

    I don't necessarily agree with the above. I would be looking for a gs when I move on from my isf and would want a m5 competitor. The isf is my first lexus because it took them this long to produce a m3 etc competitor. The m3,m5,amg market is vast! Lexus have the f models coming out but also the non f models to keep to their true colours with softer suspension etc
