What Make Battery To Go For?

Lexus standard ones, Exxide, Optima .

Lexus one is too low Amp i been told, and the guys from Motorworld say that Exxide, Optima, are for car audio only and not suitable for starting the car? it that right?

rubbish, I would go for an Exide punch packer or power packer, or whatever they may be now. (don't think they do these now, see here

Dad had one in an old volvo and was an excellent Battery.

Is the Battery for the GS300 not a bigger one than ours? If so, bung that one in.

There are different types of optima batteries. Red top ones are the starting ones. Yellow top are deep cycle.

The GS battery is more powerful than the IS200.

In that case i will go for optima Red top for starting, and optima Yellow top for my car audio then, i know the yellow top is good, as i had those on my ex-Mazda to run the sound system, where the best place to get those Optima batties btw guys?
